How to do things backwards, me, that is. I already have a Torqueedo for my drift boat but your video has sold me on getting a Kayak as well. I live at the confluence of the Clackamas and the Willamette rivers. Steelhead, salmon, shad, smallmouth and trout. We got 'em all and the Native Watercraft looks like just the ticket, especially on the bigger river. You done sold me, bro.
I definitely enjoy the tour & explaining the thought process- that helps me with some ideas for my kayak.
The last few videos have shown a leap to another level!

Greg, love the boat. She's beautiful, and one of a kind. This is my 1st season, and I just keep buying addon's, accessories, etc. But I love all of our different setups. The Wizard is extremely talented and smart. I love my PDL, and my motor. You deserve all of that. You fish hard, you're a mentor to all of us new guys kayak fishing. Greg, wanted to add a comment I forgot. I I finally bought my Hoodoo tempest Hybrid 120 PDL, and I purchased my electric motor where the PDL goes, so I can choose for the day. I set up my boat all winter. My 1st season, finally with my kayak and off the bank. I did all my power charging panels, fish finder, and many other add-on's. I wish you would install at-least a 4 ft flag. I saw a beautiful kayak on the lake I fish, get hit by a 26 ft center console boat. Thank god he was okay, but his stern was destroyed. Be safe bro!! 🙏🙏

I remember feeling that way on my old boat, it just had a trolling motor that would run like 3.5mph. Then I bought my tracker classic which by all standards is pretty slow, but it runs 35mph. I remember that feeling sketchy at first.

Had an opportunity to buy this boat (before i knew anything about Native yaks) from a retailer who was going out of business and had it on sale for $1300 but i wanted to do my "research". Still regreted not pulling the trigger to this day.
The pedal drive is definitely creating drag too. That sucker rips! You have to name your Yak dude!

Dude I literally did this same thing at Folsom Lake last weekend. Launched my yak onto the water and was getting pushed around so bad by white caps and high winds that I went back to shore. No fish is worth your life people!!! Btw your setup is life goals man, good luck on the upcoming tourney!

Yea I'm trying to decide between the 403ac and the 1103. The power is obviously with the 1103 but I just don't know if the increase in power is worth losing all the runtime you get with the 403ac. Full throttle with the 1103 is only 48min now granted that's continues but still I could see that going quick. Where as the 403ac you could get comparable speed with hours more runtime 🤷 idk

Huge fan of your content Greg! We have very similar setups but the one thing I didn’t see in the video was the motor steering system. I have the NK180 motor paired with my Slayer Max 10 and I have been messing with the steering for weeks and it just isn’t working since upgrading to the Berleypro handle and t lock steering disc. What is your Torqeedo steering attached to?? Disc? Handle? I know you’re super busy but any advice would be beyond helpful. Keep up the great work my dude.

Hi Greg I'm a big fan of yours here in Brazil. Incredible this project of yours, I want to try to make a project similar to yours here, but it's all more difficult. I currently use a 3hp gasoline turbo jet engine, I have already done 40km in fishing. Hug Greg.
