Try to change network or Wi-Fi sometime it happen due to network issues. Or if you still have same issue then I prefer to use a vpn just for game load, once it loaded then disable vpn.

@G-series nope....the chances for getting diamonds are so lower than usual packs...I got only gold and I literally wasted 150 dragon crystals:(
Good pack so far. Thankfully there are multiple ways to get Dragon Krystal now
