Oasis Design originated the L2L greywater irrigation system and published it unpatented into the public domain in 2008 for the good of all.
In 2009 we wrote the California Plumbing code section that exempts laundry greywater systems from permit requirements. Thanks to the efforts of many activists and visionary regulators this was adopted!

or just put the washing machine on your back veranda and leave the hose on the garden - costs nothing and requires no skills... why over-complicate it?
