I love mine. Got it a few days ago. Battery lasts forever which is a surprise from the steam deck.
the steam deck actually runs the game , so it has lower battery life as it's actually using power. it has good internals to run the games at a stable frame rate but this cloud console , is nothing compared to it. it just streams the games which even a cheap 50 dollar android phone could do. but they're similar prices which is insane
@@rajjgaming5919 Yep, this is true, I should of have stated that in comparison running Xbox cloud gaming service on the Steam Deck vs. the Logitech G Cloud, the G cloud still outperforms the Steam Deck in battery. You do get a nicer screen with the Steam Deck. As for games, well on the Logitech G Cloud, you have the Android game library or cloud services (Xbox or NVIDIA), and on the Steam Deck you have the cloud AND the option of graphic intensive triple A games that does in house processing. I love both, they do the job for both worlds.
@@luie1 ahahhaa if you streamed Nvidia George now via the steam deck. Im sure it'd have better battery but I agree with the other points. They're both useful devices. And I see PlayStation's tryna copy the Logitech handheld

This has been out for 2 years and it supports ps remote play
This is quite a lot more expensive than the ps portal but can do more. However if the potal gets hacked it will make this thing look like trash for the price

Why people do not make real handheld console anymore 😕?
They do, it's just way overpriced, steam deck is the only cheaper one but the hardware is pretty old, but brands like ROG (Ally) Aya Neo, Razer, and a few others all make handhelds and some have for years.
Plus cloud seems to be where the future is heading, with the creation of much faster and more reliable wifi, and data networks, having a console like this where u can stream console and PC quality games with high fps and minimal input latency is a huge upside.

While Steamdeck handheld PC. Just runs games that are on a PC already. U have to buy games from off steam store. And some of these games are exclusive games for respective consoles. Ex; (GOD OF WAR Sony PlayStation!) Mario Nintendo Switch (GEARS OF WAR Microsoft Xbox) these are trademark games. What the Steamdeck have? All of the above games, and that makes it to be only a PC handheld gaming system. Not an handheld console! And other PC handheld. They are just PCs design looking like an handheld console.

Also the definition of a portable console doesn't include exclusive games at any point. Also you are literally arguing for shitter stuff. The switch isn't a handheld/portable because it's a hybrid?
