Thank you for the video. He said that he paid 30 EUR, however, the pump shows only 29.14 EUR and he finished fueling it. Did it "steal" 86 cents from you?

The problem I've encountered is that the gas station blocked 100 Euros on my debit card as preauthorisation. The money was supposed to be returned in a few hours or, at worst, a few days after the transaction but it's been almost a week since I've returned from Italy and I'm still missing the 100 Euros. I wrote the company and they answered they take no responsibility for it and it's between me and my bank.

Recommend to use other languages so foreigners can understand the process, if you speak Italian you won’t need this video 😂
