We Are Taking A Break - Day In The Life Tour Nova Scotia

- Hi Friends!
Matt and I have been working pretty hard making some improvements to our Log Cabin. If you have been watching for a while you know how things weren't super easy for us. What we have learned is to take a break when we need one. What is the point in burning out??? So we are taking a rather unexpected break. The day started with us going to restock our drinking water but we went on a few detours! Isn't that the best way to spend a day. Just going with the flow and going wherever the wind blows???
Matt and I gorged ourselves on fish tacos and french fries, we went to my favourite lighthouse and we saw beautiful rocky cliff overlooking a beautiful Ocean shoreline! Nova Scotia is such a beautiful place. My soul feels like it is alive and healing. I feel happy when I step outside, when I am driving to town and when I wave to a neighbour! The lighthouses spark my imagination and the salt air is invigorating! Funny how so many people, events, and things all came together to bring us here.

i enjoy watching your vlogs from Australia ... i started watching when you guys moved to Nova Scotia which looks like a beautiful part of the world .. Canadians are very similar to Australians and very down to earth

I would much rather live in Nova Scotia than Ontario for sure! I love New England states especially Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. If you get a chance get cold water lobster there. It will change your life! Maine Lobster is my favorite.
I would love to take a lil road trip to Maine. I went once when I was a kid and Vermont skiing when I was in high school. Nova Scotia has my soul!!! Ontario has my family who has my heart!

What was the first lighthouse you were at?
We were at Gilbert’s Cove Lighthouse! I love it there sooooo much!
