Great guide. I've opted to stay in Fira - primarily to be at the centre of the bus-system. The taxi-prices are very expensive, given the small size of the island, and I'll aim to avoid them. I might pre-book a transfer from the airport to my hotel. I usually 'package' my holidays to Greece but, this time, found booking flights and hotels separately a better option. Subscribed.
Great and useful video- Thank you! Slight correction that with the US driver license there is no need for the international driver license in Greece for stay up to 6 months.
Hey Dave. I'm flying from Atlanta on 2/25 for 6 days to Athens. Quick questions: 1. If i fly from Athens to the island is a PCR/antigen required to enter the island even from the main land? 2. Is it pretty easy to get a test done to fly back to wherever while on Santorini? 3. what is the best way to get to the airport for early returning flights back to Athens (8a -11a time frame) on a budget? 4. Lastly I'm coming in 3 weeks during the off season - will it still be worth the visit? Thanks Dave. Love your vids BTW
