You save me!👍🏻
Not fully shutting the window helped my case, it's still sealed, just a light tap on the controls will do
Hi there. Thanks for sharing I have been struggling with that same noise too. Please where can I get this tape you used?
mine has a sound like something loose inside the door, did you have this issue before?
Hi after installing and trying to press, i can still hear sounds from that. Is there any solutions?
The squeak was hear in high speed from wind???because i have the same problem...
this happened to my passat b8 as well, the culprit come from the top rubber seal being rubbing against the body and causing creaking noise, (the glossier the rubber, the more it ). u can eliminate it by drop ur window by 1-2mm to reduce the tension of the door and let the door to have room to flex when passing uneven roads. other options were applying some teflon tape on the area where the rubber contacts the car body, with this the rubber are rubbing on the teflon tape (
not every car / not all 4 doors will suffer from these issues, those doors that close a little bit loose tend to have less creaking noise, because the tension between the door and the body was lesser, much like more room for micro movement. i do notice most driver side will have a tighter door, maybe the manufacturer wants to have tighter door to reduce wind noise for the driver but end up causing more creaking noise.
do not use any lubricants, or wax, it tends to worsen the noise, or coming back after some time.
What color is the m3, or wrapper? Never seen them come like this matte blue
any suggestions wherelse in the car can you use it?
Anywhere plastic meets a surface or things that are wobbly and make noises because of that
Hi. What kind of tape is that? Could you show some pictures please?

I have a 2022 bmw x6. The noise is horrible. Where do I get this tape from ?
Yeah, I have the same issue with my Golf GTI mk8. Took it back to my dealer a couple of times, and couldn’t get rid of that annoying creaking noise. I was told that they couldn’t replicate where the noise coming from. Would pls be kind enough to tell us where to get that tape?
Thanks
@@richardortiz2059Try tape store...
@@richardortiz2059 the good ol we couldnt replicate it.. lol
2022 BMW X6? I would take it to a dealer.
@@yg78t76t7… that’s exactly what I did. After 3 times a new tech was aware of the noise I was describing. He put a clear tape like molding from the front door to the back door and the noise is gone. I would have traded the car in if they didn’t find it. lol.
Try apply silicone grease on the rubber seal
BMW say not to use any silicone based product on their door seals (owners manual)
DON’T. This is the exact cause these rubbers start to disintegrate
