So- we don't know if he's actually dead yet.
In this specific video he is not dead(yet?), but he's having an out of body experience. An out of body experience is when someone who's about to die, or is on the verge of death or something like that. basically their soul leaves the body for a second to either seek help or say goodbye to a loved one.
In the idea of this video his soul went to say goodbye to his mom, and Hima since she happened to be there as well. But he isn't really a ghost or dead yet.
