I don't think it's Japan's idea lol. If it's not obvious it's the marketing team that does a great job putting all of those ads. I mean in the west and everywhere else it's basically the same except mostly for movies. It's just that Japan has the most anime enthusiasts which is obvious and because of that there are more advertisement for anime though to be fair, not as many as Chainsaw Man. Either way, one episode in and it's already a masterpiece.
