How come all of your other properties are very expensive?
Compared to this property, yes the vast majority of the houses we have are substantially more expensive. But, this is what there is available on the market and also what is demanded. We sell probably 5 or more houses over 200k for every house we sell under 100k.

A shame. such a nice property, and you can't be bothered to pay someone to give a decent walk through. People want a guided tour without all of the transitions/video cuts, and you could tone down the crappy elevator music as well. I somehow get the feeling that half of the house was not shown. What about what appears to be a garage? What about the roof? What about the yard?

I actually liked the music very much, they shouldn't care about what people want, a person which might show interest can always get in touch with them for further inquiry. To do transitions and video cuts is the worst thing to do making videos like this, so great job for whomever created this nice footage.

@@simbarules777 Not so much the music itself as accepting the standard volume level - background music should be in the background. My problem with the video is that it has a very used car salesman feel to it... show all of the pretty parts, but for God's sake don't show the oil leaks under the hood or under the car, or the missing spare tire. In this case it would be the condition of the cantina, or attic, or water heater, pipes, wiring, etc. - and using someone else's footage is just lazy. Do a full personal guided tour on your property
