Oh my gosh, I’m obsessed with the caramel colour the clay turned next to that dark blue glaze. And how pretty was it all with the explosion of flowers and greenery at the end?
Thank you!! Yes the flowers really brought it all together in the end :)
And the winner is........long pause.........Mia! Beautiful work.
yessss!! 👸👸👸
This is a 17 th century shape and called a tulip vase. The dutch used to make them to display their precious tulips. They are quit in vogue again. I just bought one last week. I love yours! Its a great piece of pottery’.
In the Netherlands we would call this a tulip vase pyramid. You succeeded so well to make a modern version of it. I am totally in love with it ♡
It looks very steampunky! I love the darkness of the carved lines. It almost looks like it might come to life and start moving or spinning about.and then when you added the flowers it just became even more beautiful!!!
That's so true! I didn't see that before but you're totally right :) Thanks for watching!
The description that comes to mind for me is Dr. Seuss meets Dr. Who.
So fun! I think you are the winner of Season 6! I've really enjoyed this series of you duping the show!
Thank you!!! 🥰
You would have make Keth cry, for sure! Beautiful work and also beautiful process as well. The sound was so nice when you addid water. Yes you won!
I grew up on the Oregon coast and we went tidepooling all the time. Love the idea and looking forward to seeing it!
Still trying to talk my significant other into a second tank, but since I showed him the Flat, I think we’re halfway there. He’d be all about the Tide. He lives for lots of rockwork, so that might just do it!
Ugh, the filming and editing of this video is top-notch, Mia! Such a pleasurable experience to watch! ❤
This is one of your BEST creations! I loved the whole show. Marvelous!
That turned out beautiful and very interesting :) And your smile when you took that first piece out of the kiln... Thanks for the video! I just got a recommendation and I've been watching pretty much from the first video on, every video is so informative and great for amateurs like me :)
Thank you! Cheers!
Another beautiful piece 💜 wow! The flowers look amazing with the design and colors 💜💜
This looks so cool!!
That really turned out fantastic! So simple, yet complicated. It all works well together.
Oh my this is absolutely stunning! i love the shape and the carving and the way the glaze came out and ahh it looks so beautiful in the end with the flowers!!
That's fantastic! I saw that episode and yours easily wins hands down! (Or thrown down!).
I love the colours and patterns and how they vary but are still cohesive. The yellow and dark blue accents are really pretty when combined with the orange tint of the clay. A very worthy finale 🎉
I thought what a weird thing to make when I saw this on the show but yours makes me want one! It's so pretty! I think it would look stunning with vining indoor plant cuttings instead of flowers
Gorgeous 😍 I love the colour the clay turned out. It looks stunning with the flowers in ❤
I love it so much! I love the interactions of the different colors and the main clay looks almost like wood
This is amazing!!! Great job!
Incredible advancement in your skills. Inspiring
I love, love, love it so much! Never even knew that kind of vase. Ah it's delicious to the eye ❤

Surely they must let you in after that amazing feat! 🐨👍
Wow this turned out so pretty 😍 and the whole tower works so beautifully together, well done!
Thanks so much! 😊
Brilliant! You really reimagined a very old and kinda strange phenomenon. I think these were originally larger tulip vases, from the era when the most expensive, royal gift, was a tulip or a few. The bulbs where very highly priced and had to be shipped on big sailboats. Perhaps in China used for Chrysanthemums, but I'm not sure these weren't a Euopean invention and commission with the East Indian Company. Your version is like a fun sculpture in it's own right!
The dark clay made it way cooler than gad it been very pale imo.
They should definately let you on the show, why not? ❤

What kind of clay do you use? Does it have grog? I love how elastic it looks.
Success!!
❤️❤️❤️
I think you wouldve liked a rose-bud or egg shape better to make a "nesting" structure. now if I ever do such a thing, I'll do that.
Does the water sit in each of the three pieces?
Wow, impressive 😊
Thank you so much 😀
