Best freshman season for a qb of all time and he didn't even start all of the games. He looks like he's a senior with some of the plays he's made. While he's not perfect, his mistakes r easily fixable. He's my age.

Tua can't read a defense worth a damn and his adjustments are just as bad as his reads. He throws up 50/50 balls to 5* receivers and gets big credit for it for w/e reason. Struggling against decent defenses defined Tua's season. Disguise your defense by showing one defense presnap and changing during the play and he falls apart- as we've seen.
In this offense he doesnt even need to progress through any reads, every play he knew where the open receiver would be. Still very accurate and timely, stands tall in the pocket when pressured. Has more then enough athleticism and throw on the run capability to scramble too. nterested to see how he’ll do in the nfl

The first time I saw Trevor play as a Tiger was the Clemson spring game right b4 his freshman year. I knew without a shadow of a doubt he was going to take over the starting QB position and lead Clemson to the title. Just watching him you can tell how special and rare he is. And actually concept routes and schemes get receivers open more often than route running does. Having a receiver that can read the coverage and react accordingly is better than having a really talented, speedy athlete that doesnt really know what's going on. Example of that would be julian edelman. Not very athletically gifted but knows the game better than most.
