Due to other obligations I have to stop my training . it's 2021 and after so many years it's very nostalgic to watch this video again . It sparked up so many memories from my teenage years . I watched a documentary on power of his kicks and his round house measured something like 880 PSI(LBS PER SQUARE INCHES). very powerful and his non stop switch leg pichaigui (don't know if spelt correctly) are very quick as well. Great agility. One of the greatest kicker on earth along with other big names such as Bill super foot Wallace and Jean Frenette

You can definitively work around it but you have to be patient and be willing to stop the martial art or sport that you love for weeks, months or even years and switch to a smart physiotherapy program according to the type of injury that you got. You have to follow the program and give your body the time necessary to heal. It all really depends on the type of injury so a thorough assessment by a PROFESSIONAL SPORTS DOCTOR is necessary.
cool you're a black belt in tae kwondo i have one question for you if you get a permanent injury in your leg is it over for you and if not how do you work around it .
