Kimchi is a traditional Korean fermented vegetable dish made from cabbage. Seasoned with vegetables, spices, fruit, seafood, seaweed, etc..... The ingredients vary. Complex sweet, salty, sour flavour that titillates the senses. 🤣 I love it! Similar but different to the European sauerkraut. 🥰
