    LOVED this workout!! Low impact but not easy at all! The upper work was surprisingly challenging and the leg work KICKED butt! A nice change of pace and super effective :-)

    This workout is FABULOUS! I rotate it regularly with my other barre favorites (Tracey Mallett, Physique 57). This is definitely the most challenging of the bunch. I feel incredible after I have finished it!
