I’ve been detailing for 4 years and you blew me away with how quickly and efficient you were with your work! You didn’t compromise anything either. It was 100% perfectly cleaned and sanitized and I’m taking notes from this video bc WOW. 4/5 stars~ HA~ you need 10/10 stars.
This is called entitlement. The owner of the vehicle thinks she shouldn't waste time cleaning her mess, while complaining about paying someone else to do the job she is supposed to do. Also, She is raising the children to be just like her, entitled, spoiled, consumers, and destroyers.

Great job man! Welcome back as well. To me that was a review of a customer that didn't want to pay for her neglect over time. Your other reviews outweighs that negative one. The dry filters can get wet. I've used the dry filters for years sucking up water. Never did anything to it.
I work as a server in a very known pizza restaurant in downtown Chicago n this year I’m starting my mobile detailing business once one of the costumers told me that I give to him a very bad service well my answer was if he want give a review it if was good makes me happy it if was bad that make me grown to improve my service 😅
Money can buy a lot of things but four things it can't buy is class, respect, good morals, and common sense. What a vile & putrid dumpster of a vehicle....SAD!! Makes you wonder if they shower or clean their home!?

Two things, and yes I’m judging a little bit, but that cars price as you said was over six figures and that was before car prices today.. I think it’s safe to say they have decently deep pockets to be able to afford that thing and then treat it like an absolute beater. One- The ring you found could be worthless but there’s a very good chance it’s worth a pretty penny and you being a good person returned it when you could have kept it and they would have never known. That should have been 5 stars right there. Two- they cheaped out on the extraction while wanting their $120,000 vehicle detailed back into shape with that mess you had to start with. You still did a beautiful job and yet only got four stars… I’m kinda just at a loss for words, like really?? People like that are completely out of touch

Hey, I have watched a lot of your videos and was amazed since the first video at how fast and efficient you work while also delivering top quality. Just wondering, do you include both inside and outside of the windows when you do an interior only job, or an exterior only? And also, I can see in this video how you clean door jambs. But when it comes to really dirty ones, do you ever use the pressure washer or just stick to the microfiber?

And one more thing I forgot to ask: do you also clean the inner wheel barrels or skip them? I find that they add much more time to my tire and wheel cleaning, so I'm not sure if it's best to skip them.
On really dirty/dusty door jambs, I do soak them with all purpose cleaner, aggregate with a brush and rinse with the powder washer. On interiors, I do just the inside of windows and opposite on exterior details. My website details this in the packages so the customer knows ahead of time. However, if I have time and they are really dirty, or the customer requests it, I’ll do windows inside and out. Thanks for watching. Glad to help
@ricardoreyes661 wheel barrels are case by case. If they haven’t been cleaned in years, chances are they will actually look better dirty instead of patchy clean spots. In most cases, I use my long wheel brush to get in there. Especially if it’s an open wheel where you can see in there. It definitely makes the car pop if they can be and are cleaned

I don't see how that is a "bad review", and that she let you "have it". She says you did an awesome job but she thought it was expensive. OK, move on dude. Smh lol..She definitely shouldn't own any car, let alone an AMG, but the title of this vid is also overboard.
Thats pretty sorry honestly didn’t take care of her own vehicle that was already worth a lot of money and leaves a review about your service being too expensive. Thanks to your work she got a lot more money than she would have for it and probably got a lot more added to the value than what she paid you.

Definitely 5/5 service. Good techniques and tools used here. Results are amazing for a disaster details. Delicate work with the knife and using ozone machine is rare to see. Only change I would do personally is to use hot water extractor instead of steam and vac especially on a disgusting vehicle with smoke smell.
Thank you! Yes typically I would extract but as I said in the video, the customer went against my recommendation and opted out of extraction.
Honestly it didn't need extraction but you basically did the extraction with the wet vac.

I don’t use a bag. I do have the foam sock over my filter

WOW! As an AMG driver and DIY amateur detailer, I am amazed and appalled in equal measure ... amazed at how you got so much done in so little amount of time yet without sacrificing quality, and appalled at how anyone could let their AMG get to such a state! It is indeed unfortunate your customer clearly doesn't have any understanding of value ... neither that of the vehicle nor your expertise as a professional detailer ... but, after the review I would perhaps shrug it off and reflect on whether this is a customer you would ever want to work with again. If I had to leave a reply to the comment, I might mention something like 'I'm sorry my high level of detail and expertise doesn't meet your standards, and I wish you well in your search for a detailer who does.' The world is a lot smaller than many realise and, I suspect, one of the reasons she probably had to go the route she did is because others have had experience(s) with her and decided it isn't worth the effort. In any case, your work was (and is!) exceptional, and it's a shame such a sterling job was wasted on someone who clearly has no idea what they are looking at. Keep up the great work!

I can certainly understand the frustration with the review. Look at it from a different perspective though and maybe it won’t feel as bad. Someone can be absolutely clear about what you charge for various services and still feel like you charge too much. That’s not necessarily a problem. It could simply be that this particular customer doesn’t have a solid understanding of what things SHOULD cost regardless of what YOU charge for said service.
Anyway, great job on a complete DISASTER of a vehicle ! I’m betting you were the best thing that’s happened to that poor Merc it’s entire existence !!!
How do you use APC when it’s hot and sunny
$100 an hourly rate took you 5 hours so $500 made that's fair she gave you a fair 4 star review.
Honestly the glass could of been cleaned better than useing the same cloth for every window being a smokers car
and the glass sunroof was not cleaned either.
I get commented by customers on how spotless I get the glass. If you fold a towel in half twice, it gives you 8 clean sides to work with. Im constantly flipping that towel to a clean side. As far as the sunroof, I recall the sunroof was inoperable and I couldn't get to the glass. I can't clean what I can't get to

Having four kids and going on many vacations it’s hard to keep the Jeeps clean lol. Plus if your lazy or dirty yourself it’s gonna stay dirty. Nice job on it man!!

Awesome turnaround. When you put this level of effort into their job, anything less than a 5 star review feels like a slap in the face. I see you used Megs QID as the dressing instead of Hyperdressing this time. Did you elect for QID for a reason or is it just what you happened to grab this time?
Exactly. A slap in the face was my exact feeling. I generally use QID on matte finish interiors. Especially high end vehicles. It leaves a factory matte look but also provides UV protection as well. Thanks for commenting

I recently walked away from a job similar to that for reason that it would take a lot of time and had a feeling customer would not be happy their budget was 600$ I said no thank you and walked away. God bless you awesome work
