I usually bake eggless muffins but today I tried these..honestly this batch of muffins were the best. I added half tsp of vanilla essence to avoid the eggy flavor. Turned out amazing. Thanks for the recipe.

@@vbursac6642 hello! No, heavy cream is the same as whipping cream. It’s the kind of cream you usually buy in a carton and when you whip it with a mixer, it becomes whipped cream. Sweetened condensed milk is a thick milk that’s really sweet and is usually sold in cans. It’s great for a lot of desserts, but it’s very different from heavy cream. Hope I helped!

マフィンの生地などの少し硬めの生地を小さい型に入れる場合、スプーンではなく絞り袋で入れるのがおすすめです。
生地を入れた絞り袋を型の真ん中で底につかないように固定して絞ると、うまく生地が広がって綺麗にできます。
