I didn't have heavy cream on hand so i replaced it with greek yogurt and it turned out amazing - i'm impressed (especially as an amateur baker, this was easy to follow) :)

生地を入れた絞り袋を型の真ん中で底につかないように固定して絞ると、うまく生地が広がって綺麗にできます。
