Homemade gopher trap so simple you'll wonder why you didn't think of it!

The trap described herein is the ultimate KISS (keep it simple stupid) design. It is gentle and humane and has been 90% successful in removing the gophers from my yard. All you need is a storage tub and some light gauge rope. Using it is a lot like fishing - takes time and patience but the feeling you get when the gopher sticks his head up through the hole will make you feel like you just hooked the big one!
