Hi Andi, your video tutorial is amazing! May I ask: what would be a gross up ratio by average for four storey office building with two elevators and three levels of underground parking?
This would depend on the property location and taxes on the property.

Congrats on joining the industry! This industry is great because you can learn and earn at the same time. There aren't a ton of commercial RE books, but see what your local library has available and search for CRE podcasts and maybe some youtube videos.
