I got an SL63 back in April, and it has been an absolute blast to drive! As a note about the roof opening, it can be opened by just double tapping the open roof button and just holding down on the second tap. Much easier than the slide and hold via the screen.
This car is a beauty. I can't afford to buy it but am happy to look at as a work of art. The joy of driving this beauty is writ large on Nikhil's face.😊
I sat in the SL55 a couple of times and the reviewer is absolutely right about the touchscreen. The sliding, “button” on the screen UI is a pain and your finger keeps sliding past, hence stopping the roof mid-transition. I don’t understand why Merc can’t have a few buttons on a 2.5CR (Ex-showroom) car.

I am worried about scrapping the bottom of my Indian car with much better ground clearance. This car as beautiful as it is to look at is very impractical with its low ground clearance
It has rained recently, the small pockets of road are filled with water and imagine yourself driving a convertible. And then a big truck passes by and pours a drizzle of that dirty water of road and now your whole car is dirty😅. Just Indian things.

I wish this type of money at least bought a car that looks good. Its pichku face is not that different from A class and B class and it's not even the SL63. You can easily import a Miata for how much this car costs
Only Mercedes benz can pull this off efficiently convincing Indian buyers to purchase a cabriolet with superb engineering ❤
