When this movie came out I went to see it in the early afternoon to an empty cinema . It became MY personal film and my all time fav Bond . Brilliant .
Steve, can you remember the day during cold December in 1969 when you stepped into the empty cinema, you must still be having nostalgic feeling. Since I was not even teenager at the time, I didn't know about James Bond movies. I started watching JB movies from late 70s, but could watch OHMSS many years later on a movie channel. And I liked and enjoyed it most, although Roger Moore was my most favourite Bond. Finally, you just can't replace John Barry's music with anything else.
. . . God bless you both , Alice. And all of those close to you both . One year later I read words such as your’s and I do hope for peace for all therein . Be well ,

Thanks for you upload with fine photograph. This song may be first orthodox love theme written by John Barry( first may be The Appointment ) at his first peak of creativity, not so sweet but having strong emotional depth.
This is one of a classic,is it written by louis armstrong or written by john barry then louis armstrng sing the song? No time to die using this song will make new listener enjoy and appreciate this song more
I don't like the "James Bond" series. I love many of the soundtrack, though. @grae area: I wanted to ask you, The picture you have, which movie is it taken from?
The most beautiful James bond tune . What a legend John Barry was .

I wanted this song at my mum funeral, but the church would not allow it, said it was not religious, so I stopped going to church
insensitive !
Well we'll disagree about a "Bond Theme" as I feel they are ALL iconic, each to their own, eh.
Great song! What is the picture about ?!
it's from "The jacket" movie, where the song was used at the very end.
I don't like the "James Bond" series. I love many of the soundtrack, though.

one of my fave post 2000 movies.
Genial
Keira Knightley, check, sad romance, check, sad ending song, check... it must be Seeking a friend for the end of the world... oh wait...
Well your wrong - perfect for the OHSS
have you seen the final scene of the OHMSS? :) as a metaphore - yes, but literally..one might argue if it fits.
@@graearea101 Bitter sweet - I think John Barry knew what he was doing with the Bond Movies. Shame you can't argue it out with the writer of the song.
❤️🇺🇾
I'm sorry but it needs Louis Armstrong and James Bond....
All he's music seems the fucking same
Try listening to zulu soundtrack, that's completely different
Yep. Brilliantly the same.
IMO Max Steiner Barry's only peer. 😮😊
