I am overjoyed to have discovered your channel! God bless you. You are a true Fine Art Embroidery Artist. Thank you for sharing your gift. I am going to download EVERY video in my Library! I used to embroider and did very well. I lost my confidence after I broke my neck and then had a complete breakdown when I discovered that I lost almost all my needlework when I was robbed blind! You have stirred my Meuse up again and she lead me to you. I shall get up and start from scratch again. God bless you.👏🙏❤️
The combination of her soothing voice and that gentle “bloop! Drag” “Bloop! Drag” of the needle and thread is just sooooo calming! Plus, I am learning SOOOOO MUCH! Sarah has single handed taught me how to embroider! I just made my first flowers (from her 5 different flowers tutorial) and now I’m here to chose a leaf design. It honestly looks REALLY good for my very first try! Just cuz she is such a good teacher! 🥰
Watching first…I hadn’t realized how small the work is until I printed it out! Small work but beautiful. Prepping your work is a must for smooth transitions. More needles please. I’ve tried here in the USA to get proper needles so I’ve noticed I know more than the people selling fabrics and crafts. I only know more because of you Sarah! I’ll have to buy more from your store…well geez I trust you 😳☺️🙏🏽🙋🏻♀️👍🏽Mia
I am going to use the detached chain for a project, and it will look wonderful. My grandmother embroidered, so now I use her supplies. The way you talked through what you were doing made it much easier to follow along. Well done!
Thank you for making this video. Ive been trying to learn how to do embroider for a while so having a detailed tutorial like this certainly helps. Thank you.
This is super helpful. I'm going to try embroidery (from cross stitch first) for the first time. This is really helpful to know all of these leaf stitches, esp since it's detailed. And she cuts to a fast forward at the right time, right when I think I've figured it out.
That's so true. I have made embroidered kitchen towels for my kids and they say that they can't use them because there to pretty to use. Thy want to frame them.😊
Sarah, this video popped up on my RUclips page at a perfect time! I’m making a throw pillow and the instructions are in Chinese, I only speak English! I love your videos and have watched some numerous times! Thanks!
Love these different stitches my favourite looking one is the Bullion one looks great in the mixed colours.Great Tutorial now comes the work Thank you 😊
I’m new to embroidery and this was so easy to understand, when I look at the beginner books I have it’s so hard to follow the directions and pictures. This was amazing! I feel as if I can actually do this. I have down loaded your pattern and can’t wait to give this a try. You are a wonderful teacher..❤
I wish I could upload pictures in the comments. so I could show you how it came out sarah. All of your videos have helped me figure this all out - was having such a hard time doing leaves in any other way except flat stitch. Now I have ten different ways in my toolbox thanks you Sarah!
Sarah once again I have learnt quite a few things watching your fantastic tutorials. You sure are a master in your craft. Someone else said they like the sound of your needle and thread going through the fabric. I'm the same. Also I enjoy hearing sharp scissors cutting fabric. OMG... I thought I was strange till now. Looking forward to learning so much more from you

Dear Sarah, only recently I discovered your RUclips videos. I have so much fun watching them! You are so inspiring and I have learned already so much. You make such beautiful designs. I did mostly cross stich but now I am going to make a sample stich frame. I watched the video about the importance of making them, but I am sure I will enjoy it so much. Thanks again, An enthousiast hobby beginner, embroiderer, Tineke
AWESOME !!! Great selection of stitches ;) I usually see the detached chain leaves start at the stem end though but I like this way better ;) Thanks for sharing ;D
Does anyone else love the sound of the thread and needle going in and out of the fabric?
O I do too
And me!❤
Oh yes! And that *thunk* like a drum!
Yes i watch it to go to sleep 😂
A bit like listening to the rhythm of one's heartbeat.

We are a critical society especially when it comes to self………I bet it’s not as bad as you think, but I too am my own worse critic 🥺
