    I applied for a position at the beginning of the month, I have been receiving periodic messages from multiple locations associated with the agency I applied for, then I got sent an invite about a week or 2 after I applied to attend a human resources event, I went and they showed me how to get selected. It has been a month since my application, I was sent an email 3 days ago telling me to call and set up an interview. It's going much faster than I expected.

    • @armandcuret1
      @armandcuret1  Год назад +3

      Once selectee completes Onboarding, the staffing specialist reviews and approves to submit final to AFPC. AFPC will then send the selectee a firm offer with an Entrance on Duty date (EOD).
      This can depend on what level of background check was required for the position. If it was a low or medium risk position it shouldn't take longer than two weeks on average.
