    I just took my venom ghost on a 3,500 mile road trip from Louisiana to Maryland spend a month driving around in the Appalachian mountains and back to Louisiana. Needs some repairs now but I can definitely confirm it will hold up to long highway drives and road trips. Super uncomfortable though lol

      @@zachporter3865I got really lucky. It has some minor issues, but nothing I wouldn't expect from a brand new one. It needs the clutch, carb, and rear wheel adjusted, and the side panel won't stay on. Other than that, it's alright. The guy said it wasn't the bike for him. He also had a 150cc that went just as fast as this one. That might have something to do with it.

      1.Remove oil drain plug and screen and drain oil.
      2.Locate and mark the suction line on the adapter that goes to the center of the adapter.
      3. Install the adapter. Do not remove the rubber seal on the adapter. That is needed.
      4. Connect the line that has the oil filter screen to the suction line.
      5. Connect the the other line to the adapter.
      6. Mount Cooler and fill with oil with provided syringe.
      7. Connect both lines to cooler. It doesn't matter which side goes where.
      8. Fill crank case with 1 quart of oil.
      9. After running for a minute or so, recheck oil level and add if needed. Here's the video of my oil cooler installed.

As we talked last month I recently got mine and I am already having noise in my front wheel. I am not sure if its a brake issue or bearings or something else. Any issue with yours like that or advice?

    • @JerryHawk250
      @JerryHawk250  2 года назад +1

      I had no issues with mine. I did grease the bearings when I did my first maintenance schedule. With the wheel off you can remove the plastic cover over the bearings and clean the them out with brake cleaner and repack them. You will find they don't have much grease in them from the factory. Also check that the pads aren't dragging on the rotor. There are pins on the calipers that should be lubricated so that the brake pads move freely.
