(Copy and pasting the same response to help people out, kinda long but helpful read!) Hi! So the past 3 years I've stressed over the thought, should I? Shouldn't I? Ugh! She said she could squeeze me in before her appointment. My heart was absolutely pounding. Was 3 years of pent up stress gonna be released right at this moment? And so have it, it was. I feel like the hairdresser didn't even listen to me and just did whatever she wanted. And not only that but she cut my hair really short too when I told her like 3 times that I didn't want her to cut my hair short. Worst experience ever...

Yesterday, i got myself straight bangs and i have mixed feelings about them. They look good with open hair but when i do a ponytail it looks so weird. I'm really scared to go to school tomorrow. 😳😧
I also have a bangs and I super agree to that con about winds😂😂 wind is the biggest enemy of people with bangs😂😂 but my biggest con is my bangs are always wet because my forehead is very oily and I hate when my bangs are wet they're more cuter when dry
Since i got bangs I feel like my eye-makeup shows alot more. Like I used to almost never wear mascara and now i feel naked without it. Can anyone relate to this??
Yeeessss, I feel like I have to wear eyeliner and mascara now with bangs versus before I only felt like I needed mascara but now, I feel like I have to have some eye make up because so much attention is drawn to my eyes. It actually looks weird without eyeliner and mascara.
I have really thin eyebrows and i am so excited to try them out.. Coz i knw my brow will get hide and i cam do my eye makeup more specifically.. And ofcourse those pimole marks on forehead are ..dhish dhish😂
I cut my bangs a few months ago thanks to her tutorial, and I must say that I agree with everything listed in this video! I've noticed these things myself as well, on both the negative and positive sides. Oh, and it must be noted that if you have wavy or curly hair like I do, you'll have to straighten your bangs every day. It doesn't bother me, personally, but it might annoy some people.
I have been wearing bangs for the last 10 years of my life, so as a bangs-veteran(!) I can honestly say that I agree wholeheartedly with everything you said Lucy. Yes, they are high maintenance and I might add one more con, they look terrible after wearing hats but I can't get over how cute and polished they look in general. I also trim my bangs myself, so it's no big deal. Besides they are a great look if you have a slightly longer face :)
Divana Pozo okay, I know I'm replying late, but my cousin has very curly hair. She's half black and so she has the same hair type and African American people, and she recently cut bangs on herself and they look AMAZING! I say go for it if you haven't already. Your hair grows about 1 - 1 1/2 inches each month on average if not more. So if you regret it and dislike it then they'll grow back fairly quickly.
Katie Lynn same :( got bangs few years ago and my hair got uglier so got rebonded it. I regret it. I miss my natural hair. Now it's just straight and boring
i've had bangs for literally almost my entire life and now almost everyone i know are cutting their hair into bangs. Well i guess i am finally fashionable
I'm glad I saw your video when you cut your bangs! I cut my bangs last month and I love it! I didn't regret cutting it. And thank you for your bangs-related videos I love them they're so helpful. ♥
Before cutting my bangs I knew about most of those cons, except for the "wind" one. And that one is super awkward haha I usually pin them to the side if I'm running, so that they stay a little bit more tamed afterwards
pro - covers large forehead / looks good w/ heart shaped face. looks cute when styled right! con - SWEAT/summer heat/humidity. working out w bangs = bad. securing them is troublesome. and if u sweat ur styled bangs get ruined tip: curl them under and style them so they dont actually touch ur forehead / lay flat on ur whole forehead-- prevent pimples/oil from hair touching ur forehead
Omg I cut my bangs and I was like eww I hate it. So now they are long and you can't really tell that I had bangs, so if you get bangs and hate them it's ok just grow them
I wish wish WIIISH I could have bangs; but everyone's told me that it wouldn't suit my face. I have basically a circle for a face, and a pretty small forehead (2 inches/ 5 cm from top of eyebrows to hairline). I had them as a kid (as is pretty much obligatory for Asians), but I'd rather not look like I'm 5. The struggle~
omg sameeee. Everyone is keep saying I'll look like a potato 😂 but I want bangs so desperately, as I never had them before. round face shape struggles haha
i have a roundish face and i find straight bangs actually help define my face a little more, don't go for rounded out bangs through as that will only make your face look even rounder haha
Shaina Erika I also have round face and my friends and family also told me that my face would me rounder. But I just cut my own bangs today and I am inlove with it! I suggest that you have "see through bangs". Its thin and you can hide it easily if you dont feel like having bangs. And it will grow out if you dont like it. Just do what you want and makes you feel happy 😁
I just wanted to say thank you for this video on pros and cons. I was so nervous about getting bangs and spent a week watching tutorials and found you! I loved watching you cut your bangs and this video telling me what to expect. Today I did it. I went to a professional to get them done to take away the fear of doing it wrong if I did it myself and I LOVE them! Now, I am enjoying your videos on styling my hair with bangs.
I love and hate my bangs! It's about 90 degrees here so I've been wearing them back lately. Someone told me I look way younger with bangs which I didn't appreciate 😂 I can't decide how I look better! I 100% agree with your pros and cons.
I've had thick bangs/fringe since I was a baby and can totally agree that the wind is your worst enemy and my fringe gets so greasy I have to shower every morning. Bangs(especially thick ones) are also very tedious for hairdressers. But, in the end, the pros out weigh the cons for me.
NEW Subby - I LOVE vintage hair and ALL decades and have been doing hair since I was 9 years old. It is wonderful to come across your channel to find another that loves hair as much as I do. AND I totally agree with you about your adorable bangs. You are such a beauty. Looking forward to doing a little binge watching of your channel.
I cut my bangs around the same time as you and before watching this video I was contemplating growing them out for good (well at least for the next few months), but your point about how versatile they are really hit home! I'm now going to keep them longish so I can switch back and forth between side-swept and my current bangs :D Thank you!!
I have bangs and all I will say is Is get it but just in case you didn’t like them at first get them longer than your eye brows so that it’s easier to ping them back. Btw my bangs don’t get greasy so it’s probably hair type. Ok I little more of one con and pros Con: Just when you wash your hair or get bags wet you just have to keep them to the front so they don’t go weird Pros: They look amazing and are fun
I thought I am the only one who washes her bangs every other day :'DD The girls in the student hostel's bathroom always think I am crazy with that dry hair and wet, foamy bangs. :D
Yes it can look good but it depends on the kind of curls you have. For example I have wavy to curly hair and my bangs would just make a strange wave in ond direction. A sidebang worked for me in this case. I blowdried them and didn't even had to use the iron.
Ra Wan you don't need to do anything. after you get a shower throw in a curler it takes like 3 seconds. or just let them dry before going to bed. that what I do. absolutely nothing XD there's easy ways to deal with them honestly
I remember my little sister tried to cut her own bangs while everyone was in the living room. Her idea was since the front didn't look good she'll flop her hair from the back to the front. It was so bad we had to shave it off
after years of contemplating I finally cut my own bangs a few weeks ago and I wish I had done it a long time ago. I agree with every single point you had especially about looking polished without effort, i love to not wear makeup now!
I agree with you on every point. *This is for the ones that recently got bangs* : DO NOT clip your bangs when you go to sleep. Even if it seems like a good idea, DON'T! One night I decided to do it, and the next morning I got up late and was in a rush, and my bangs were staying straight upward, like I put hairspray or something on it.
I have the same hairline and the same problem with the bangs going up in one direction and down in the other. I also have the same face shape and I can’t tell you how many hairdressers have told me I won’t look well with bangs. I also agree with all the other cons you mentioned and I still think it’s the best, most flattering thing ever!
I’m literally watching this because I am growing my bangs lol. It’s hard and stressful but I can’t wait! Bangs keep your forehead warm too, so yeah. I have to clip my bangs back, they are WAY to long to leave out but too short to tie up. I will be able to tie them in a ponytail next year though because my bangs now are just up to the bottom of my face. Bangs have been my whole life, like my whole life I’ve had them! It’s pretty cool, you can always pin it back no matter how short it is if you regret them. Soz for showing my bangs life XD. ENJOY YOUR BANGS WHEN YOU GET THEM AND TAKE CARE OF THEM! I started growing my bangs in September-October 2018, now it is 2nd August 2019. Almost a year! It takes ages to grow, so bangs are a big decision! It takes around 2-4 years to grow your bangs FULLY. My older cousin told me that it took her 5 years because of the “Bang Trends”. 😂
omg! I so agree with this I have bangs and they have a mind of there own but they always make me look cute!! ps. she inspired me to cut my bangs and even tho there are cons to bangs they are worth it!
when I decided to get bangs I looked it up and found your video which was just perfect! I have the same face shape as yours, I also wear glasses so it was just the thing I was lookn for!your tutorials helps me till date, I’ve got bangs for the last 5 or 6yrs which I cut & trim myself… got some really great compliments on these..! thanks a lot❤
I was actually undecided about getting bangs and this video made me go through with it and I LOVE them! It was like you read my mind by making this video. xoxo
Lucy W you cmgot chinease bangs or those Korean one....just for an information coz I'm gonna have bangs tomorrow and I want to know which one should I have....
i agree with you for the CONS and if you wash your bangs when it get sweat your bangs would turn out great again ! after you washed it i've been having bangs for like 2 years and i really love it !! PROS in having bangs is you still look good in every hairstyle althought you just ponytail it and you could cover your forehead!
i first tried out bangs like 2 years ago. my family said i probably wouldn't look good with them but i stuck with my gut and decided to try them out. and i loved that i did! my family changed their minds and said i did look good with bangs too. i still have them to this day!!!! i'm obsessed. i totally agree with the bangs get greasy fast. i'm pretty sure it is because of the oils coming from your forehead gets onto the hair easier and makes it greasy. some days i do miss not having my bangs but like you said in the video it is kinda easy to blend them out into your hair. could use hairspray or a pin. you look great with bangs also i think you look so much cuter with bangs! :D
I feel like people who look good with bangs stand out more in a good way. It's a gamble though cause it either elevates your look or doesn't suit your face. I think you're really lucky that it suits you so well~
I've done just about everything to my hair. I've had a pixie cut, bangs, shoulder length, and shorter(as I was growing out my pixie) I didn't have really any problems with bangs and they grew out really quick. I liked the pixie my hair was out of my face and it wasn't hot but I couldn't braid it or anything like that. And I like having longer hair to style and it's not high maintenance, but it's always in my face unless I wear a ponytail but it's too short to look good in a ponytail. I'm not sure what to do with it at this point. Any suggestions?
I found your video were you cut your own bangs last November and it's what gave me the courage to go for it myself. Definitely love them when they're neat. But I walk everywhere which means that they're always out of place unless I'm indoors. But they're at a long length so they fit into a ponytail and everything and don't get in the way. I always had long, same length hair for years and I'm glad I found something different that I love so much. :)
my mom has had bangs multiple times, right now they have already out grown into a side parting (an inch pass her ears) but i think shes contemplating on getting them again. In the mornings she used to pass the flat iron just on her bangs because her hair is naturally straight and she would ask her sisters to trim them for her
I have bangs and few of my friends are telling me to grow them out and I already thought that maybe I should, but then I realized that I look so much better with my bangs and I decided that I'll grow my bangs out when I want, I won't listen to other people's opinions. I like my bangs and that's it deal with it :D
Side bangs are a lot less high maintenance than a full fringe I think, I've had both and a side fringe takes way less styling and definitely don't get so greasy, I think because they aren't always touching your forehead lol
Yeah definitely bangs suit you better than without. Ive been thinking about it. When i was in college I have No time for maintenance disappeared to look like very odd layering
I have waist length hair that is wavy a bit, that looks like the girl in this video in color and shape, and is also super thick, and has no layers. I am bored with it since I have the same length and haircut for over five years. I am thinking of getting a fringe/bangs like hers, but I am too worried. I usually just walk out of the shower without styling my hair and go out, but I keep hearing I cannot do this if I have bangs. Also I am too worried I will regret cutting them, although I have been thinking of having bangs for over six months. I also have a baby face already, I know I will also look much younger with them. Any advice?
Nawroz I have waist length hair too which was all one length for years and years before I decided to cut side bangs. Finally!!! I watch the tutorial by lalastar (i guess that's her RUclips name) and just cut it by myself. They looked amazing. I cut them in February and they're so long already (below my chin lol) so will be cutting them again in a day or two! I'd say go for side bangs since they're far less high maintenance then the front bangs and when you get used to it, you can cut them shorter that lay across your forehead :)
Thank you, I started with cutting just at chin length to see how I can cope with it, maybe will cut it shorter later. I am such a coward when it comes to my hair :D
I already KNOW I want bangs, but I'm just afraid of cutting them incorrectly. I'm afraid of doing it myself and afraid of a hair stylist doing it.. It's a rough call Update: I got em cut and I love them
I LOVE how you look with bangs! They totally suit you! I have a long face and a high forehead, and I’ve had bangs for most of my life. After I got married this past October, I started growing them out.... but now I’m really missing them and want to get my bangs cut again. Haha
I actually found your channel through my aloneness in the lack of bangs in my surroundings and the internet. I love bangs (I've had it for years now) and styling my hair. People always tell me that I look fancy. I agree with the makeup thing. I have never worried about the state of my eyebrows. And a bangs plus: when you decide to suddenly put all your hair up for the day and no one recognizes you without the bangs is hilarious. It happens to me all the time.
I have thin and fine hair and grew them because I wanted more volume, but ended up cutting them blunt again because I like them so much. To me the pros are worth going through the cons (same problem with the bicycle lol). Dry shampoo isn't a thing where I live, so I just either spot wash or use the loose setting powder method and they are good to go 😊
From personal experience... I usually hate it when I cut my hair short and then I add bangs to help.. It makes it worse and I look like DW from Arthur, so I'd say to grow your hair long and then cut bangs.
I agree with you about all the pros and cons. I was getting close to talking myself into letting my bangs grow out it, but then I watched this video and you helped me make up my mind. The bangs stay! Now, I just need to go get them trimmed. Thank you!
Pros: my big forehead won’t show:)
Yup

Then I’ll look 6 :)

(Copy and pasting the same response to help people out, kinda long but helpful read!) Hi! So the past 3 years I've stressed over the thought, should I? Shouldn't I? Ugh! finally I found someone with the same problem! In winter I find bangs extremely useful and pretty but in summer I sweat a lot on my forehead and I'm full of little pimples.... I don't know what to doo

girl i'm so sorry. i've had that happen to me so many times. at least hair grows back, and once it gets longer you can style it differently
Yesterday, i got myself straight bangs and i have mixed feelings about them. They look good with open hair but when i do a ponytail it looks so weird. I'm really scared to go to school tomorrow. 😳😧
omg same
Same
I also have a bangs and I super agree to that con about winds😂😂 wind is the biggest enemy of people with bangs😂😂 but my biggest con is my bangs are always wet because my forehead is very oily and I hate when my bangs are wet they're more cuter when dry
Kpop Fangirlliee
Taemin ❤
I hate when mine looks oily.... even if I just washed my hair, in summer they'll get oily no matter what
Kpop Fangirlliee IKR
Agreed 😭😭
keep some oil blotting paper around. and you can also make ur bangs a bit thicker which will help
Linnea G I think cause bangs draws attention near your eyes and it makes you MORE self conscious than without it
True
I'm getting then next Tuesday because
1. Have big forehead
2. Extreme oily forehead
3. Bad hairline ( female)
4. Bad eyebrows
Omfg same except the brows😂 but i'm scared to cut them cuz my hairline is weird and i have thin hair so idk how i would look like
I have really thin eyebrows and i am so excited to try them out.. Coz i knw my brow will get hide and i cam do my eye makeup more specifically.. And ofcourse those pimole marks on forehead are ..dhish dhish😂
Con: If you have mean siblings they’ll make fun of you
"Dora "
So trueee
My brother calls me Asian and Dora
@@DaiSy.forchrist ya I
And schoolmate they are like "u wanna look like korean bt booo you fail"😑😑
I cut my bangs a few months ago thanks to her tutorial, and I must say that I agree with everything listed in this video! I've noticed these things myself as well, on both the negative and positive sides. Oh, and it must be noted that if you have wavy or curly hair like I do, you'll have to straighten your bangs every day. It doesn't bother me, personally, but it might annoy some people.
omg i cut it few months ago because of her tutorial too and i have a curly hair n it's tiring to iron them every day
Ra Wan I don't actually do it every day, because on some mornings I feel too lazy and just use a hair clip instead, haha.
If you secure them with bobby pins when they’re wet they turn out pretty decent 👌🏼
I keep my bangs a little longer and let them curl. Being longer, when they curl up they look great!
like 2 weeks ago I just woke up and decided to cut my bangs I did and I really love them xD
I got told not to get bangs from everyone, I did it anyways and I got so many compliments they are so cute and wonderful!
Besides they are a great look if you have a slightly longer face :)
it's 1am
I am going to regret this
EDIT: I did it and they look bomb! :D
Chloe M. I will cut them too, I hope I won’t regret it 💜
good luck
ALSO DONT MAKE EM TOO THICK
unless dats what you want lmao
Chloe M. Thank you 💜
Yay!! 💞
It's 2am right now
If you with straight hair have all those problems to maintain your bangs, imagine in girl with curly hair :( I love bangs. Wish I have straight hair
Eh I have curly hair but bangs look great on me
I got bangs and they look terrible. My hair is curly but im white so my curls arent super tight and i regret it so much
Katie Lynn same :( got bangs few years ago and my hair got uglier so got rebonded it. I regret it. I miss my natural hair. Now it's just straight and boring
Katie Lynn me too they look so bad now my hairs gonna be uneven
i've had bangs for literally almost my entire life and now almost everyone i know are cutting their hair into bangs. Well i guess i am finally fashionable
I'm glad I saw your video when you cut your bangs! I cut my bangs last month and I love it! I didn't regret cutting it. And thank you for your bangs-related videos I love them they're so helpful. ♥
saaaaaame
Before cutting my bangs I knew about most of those cons, except for the "wind" one. And that one is super awkward haha
I usually pin them to the side if I'm running, so that they stay a little bit more tamed afterwards
I have naturally wavy/curly hair so I straighten my bangs. But when it's humid they curl up and get frizzy and shorter...looks stupid 😅
Bangs r great! I'll probably have them forever. They add so much personality:)
if they made a movie about life is strange you would totally make the best kate
listentothestreets kate is quite 😂
pro - covers large forehead / looks good w/ heart shaped face. looks cute when styled right!
con - SWEAT/summer heat/humidity. working out w bangs = bad. securing them is troublesome. and if u sweat ur styled bangs get ruined
tip: curl them under and style them so they dont actually touch ur forehead / lay flat on ur whole forehead-- prevent pimples/oil from hair touching ur forehead
Omg I cut my bangs and I was like eww I hate it. So now they are long and you can't really tell that I had bangs, so if you get bangs and hate them it's ok just grow them
Prachee Rijal exactly 😂
Plus hairpins will be your best friend
Bro she looks like the girl version of Steve from stranger things 🥵
And sometimes like the guy that says “did I do thaaat”
I can't unsee that now😂😂😂
OMG SHE DOES
Yeaaah she really does😂😍
Steve Urkel is the one who says did i do that
I wish wish WIIISH I could have bangs; but everyone's told me that it wouldn't suit my face. I have basically a circle for a face, and a pretty small forehead (2 inches/ 5 cm from top of eyebrows to hairline). I had them as a kid (as is pretty much obligatory for Asians), but I'd rather not look like I'm 5. The struggle~
You could try side bangs :) Just to frame the face a little bit.
omg sameeee.
Shaina Erika I have a really round face/big head and I look soooo much better with bangs!
Faith B. Your bangs look great on your profile picture tho!
good bang day 🤔😏😏
Anything but Coffee BOI HAHAHA
Anything but Coffee I thought I was the only one 😂😂😂😂😁
Anything but Coffee fuck you.
What?? Wait.. NOPE XD
Haha, made me think green though😆
Pros: your acne and pimples in your forehead won’t also show
💯💯💯💯💯💯
You got me man
Con: it causes you to breakout 🤣
That's why I wanna bangs, they will hide my forehead, that is already covered in acne😅
Lucy I totally agree with your pros and cons with bangs 👍 I love and also hate mine...
I've had thick bangs/fringe since I was a baby and can totally agree that the wind is your worst enemy and my fringe gets so greasy I have to shower every morning. Bangs(especially thick ones) are also very tedious for hairdressers. But, in the end, the pros out weigh the cons for me.
I'm soo happy to see a youtuber with ACTUAL bangs! You look so cute with bangs!
Straight bangs are a pain especially with thin hair.
I have bangs and all I will say is
Is get it but just in case you didn’t like them at first get them longer than your eye brows so that it’s easier to ping them back.
Btw my bangs don’t get greasy so it’s probably hair type.
Ok I little more of one con and pros
Con:
Just when you wash your hair or get bags wet you just have to keep them to the front so they don’t go weird
Pros:
They look amazing and are fun
I thought I am the only one who washes her bangs every other day :'DD The girls in the student hostel's bathroom always think I am crazy with that dry hair and wet, foamy bangs. :D
Nikolett Sipos YES
Nikolett Sipos i do the same 😂
in curly cair bangs just doesn't work, unless you are ironing it every single day
Maraish Gomez Curly bangs looks so chic (At least i think so) Google Mica Arganaraz, she has curly bangs and looks cool.
Yes it can look good but it depends on the kind of curls you have. For example I have wavy to curly hair and my bangs would just make a strange wave in ond direction. A sidebang worked for me in this case. I blowdried them and didn't even had to use the iron.
that's my case i think i look way better with bangs but im a student and it's so tiring to iron them everyday
Ra Wan you don't need to do anything. after you get a shower throw in a curler it takes like 3 seconds. or just let them dry before going to bed. that what I do. absolutely nothing XD there's easy ways to deal with them honestly
Ellie Y. Sometimes i don't even have time to shower lol im planning to grow them anyways:(
I remember my little sister tried to cut her own bangs while everyone was in the living room.
Dry shampoo is eeeeeverything when fixing bangs
I agree with you on every point.
*This is for the ones that recently got bangs* : DO NOT clip your bangs when you go to sleep. Even if it seems like a good idea, DON'T! One night I decided to do it, and the next morning I got up late and was in a rush, and my bangs were staying straight upward, like I put hairspray or something on it.
Clip them to one side w Bobby pins and in the morning take them and run a comb through a few times and my hair stays
I just got bangs. Any tips on how to control forehead acne due to bangs? I love them and I don’t want to let the grow because of this con:(
Supernatural Homie I have the same problem but i just pin them away when i sleep so ur forehead gets like air? lol
Tie your bangs up every night and wash your face
Clip your bangs back?
I heard in a video shampoo it daily? But don't conditioner it
Also when u sleep and at home clip them up
Keep washing your face each morning and night, pin them back when you’re home. Maybe try oil paper during the day if you have oily skin :)
I have the same hairline and the same problem with the bangs going up in one direction and down in the other. I also have the same face shape and I can’t tell you how many hairdressers have told me I won’t look well with bangs. I also agree with all the other cons you mentioned and I still think it’s the best, most flattering thing ever!
i can relate to everything she said
I’m literally watching this because I am growing my bangs lol.
Pause at 4:12 she looks pretty both ways btw I'm planning on getting bangs
I made one of the hairstyles to me and ...I think that in this moment my hair is so beautiful, so thanks
would you recommend bangs in summer? since it‘s really hot
+Zoe Delane I tend to pin them back when it's over 25 degrees 😜
NO
I was actually undecided about getting bangs and this video made me go through with it and I LOVE them! It was like you read my mind by making this video. xoxo
I love bangs
I actually cut my bangs yesterday and this vid helped me a lot because it lets me know what to look forward to ilysm
I just got front bangs yesterday and I love them !!
Lucy W you cmgot chinease bangs or those Korean one....just for an information coz I'm gonna have bangs tomorrow and I want to know which one should I have....
Love my quarantine bangs. You have a beautiful hairline - so lucky!
Me: “Moooommmm.. can i cut my own ba-“
Mom: “Are you freakig crazy!?”
Me: “okay mom -,-“
Love not only the bangs but your hair colour is so pretty
Ahh, you're the cutest thing and I love your personality 💝 Thank you for brightening my bad day 🐇
i agree with you for the CONS and if you wash your bangs when it get sweat your bangs would turn out great again ! after you washed it
i've been having bangs for like 2 years and i really love it !!
PROS in having bangs is
you still look good in every hairstyle althought you just ponytail it and you could cover your forehead!
I cut my bangs because of you and I love them..everything you said was to true I was just laughing..thank you so much!
i first tried out bangs like 2 years ago. my family said i probably wouldn't look good with them but i stuck with my gut and decided to try them out. and i loved that i did! my family changed their minds and said i did look good with bangs too. i still have them to this day!!!! i'm obsessed. i totally agree with the bangs get greasy fast. i'm pretty sure it is because of the oils coming from your forehead gets onto the hair easier and makes it greasy. some days i do miss not having my bangs but like you said in the video it is kinda easy to blend them out into your hair. could use hairspray or a pin. you look great with bangs also i think you look so much cuter with bangs! :D
OMG, this is the video I needed to watch. For real, I'm getting bangs. 😍😍
Tania Sereno question, did you get them? and if you did do you like them
I feel like people who look good with bangs stand out more in a good way.
You look like Daphne Moon from Fraiser :)
my mom has had bangs multiple times, right now they have already out grown into a side parting (an inch pass her ears) but i think shes contemplating on getting them again. In the mornings she used to pass the flat iron just on her bangs because her hair is naturally straight and she would ask her sisters to trim them for her
You look fantastic with bangs It's a very grown up look on you xx
Yeyyy im notification team, anyone?
Manda Erica me to!!
I just got bangs a few weeks ago and I LOVE them!! Thank you Loepsie! 💓💓
Before going out I like running a comb through my bangs in front of my head and it's smooth and fluffy
I have bangs for a year now and I totally agree with all your listed pros&cons. But they are worth it! I'm so cute now 😀
I already KNOW I want bangs, but I'm just afraid of cutting them incorrectly. I'm afraid of doing it myself and afraid of a hair stylist doing it.. It's a rough call
Update: I got em cut and I love them
y u sad 😀
I LOVE how you look with bangs! They totally suit you! I have a long face and a high forehead, and I’ve had bangs for most of my life. After I got married this past October, I started growing them out.... but now I’m really missing them and want to get my bangs cut again. Haha
I had bangs from when I pretty much got hair till the 4th grade then I got bored of them and grew them out
Thank you for the analysis! Just wanted to say that lipstick colour looks amazing on you!
what hair dye product that u used ? Love the colour
+Cecilia Rachel I don't dye my hair, it's my natural colour ☺
I actually found your channel through my aloneness in the lack of bangs in my surroundings and the internet. I love bangs (I've had it for years now) and styling my hair. People always tell me that I look fancy. I agree with the makeup thing. I have never worried about the state of my eyebrows. And a bangs plus: when you decide to suddenly put all your hair up for the day and no one recognizes you without the bangs is hilarious. It happens to me all the time.
i have a confession to make...
i wanna get bangs to cosplay as lucy heartfilia..
Trust me, we all do XD
Well, you could get a wig....or get thoose bangs!!!!
I have thin and fine hair and grew them because I wanted more volume, but ended up cutting them blunt again because I like them so much. To me the pros are worth going through the cons (same problem with the bicycle lol). Dry shampoo isn't a thing where I live, so I just either spot wash or use the loose setting powder method and they are good to go 😊
Shuld I cut my bangs while i have short hair or should I grow out my hair first
From personal experience... I usually hate it when I cut my hair short and then I add bangs to help.. It makes it worse and I look like DW from Arthur, so I'd say to grow your hair long and then cut bangs.
I RELATE SO MUCH TO THIS! i love how informative and well-spoken you are. kudos to you ❤️
Pros: won’t show my forehead acne
Cons: I have no idea if bangs will fit me
I agree with you about all the pros and cons. I was getting close to talking myself into letting my bangs grow out it, but then I watched this video and you helped me make up my mind. The bangs stay! Now, I just need to go get them trimmed. Thank you!
