Morphs look in Xmen97 is how Morph looked like in the comics. The series back then made Morph have a male head for kids but it always should have been how its now. Morph being a they just makes sense, the longer they have been alive the more they turn into any person, any gender. After awhile experiencing life as many different types of people, you wouldn't really see yourself as any gender really.
that design and name for morph came about after the original cartoon, they started off as a one off antagonistic mutant named changing, they shaved the mustache, made them a hero and made their name morph, and the comics did further changes to make them stand out better.
I get Magneto is pissed but I feel he should be more mad at Bastion & Sinister for doing that to Genosha but he wants to fight Charles instead ?🤣 Morph changing into Hulk was awesome & I love that Storm views Jean as her sister it’s jsut so damn good & that ending Magneto ripping the adimantium out of Logan was wild ,
@@jayboeker1935 Well yea I get that lol he basically is forced to cause Eric shut down the worlds power but I still think Eric would want to get revenge on Bastion
He isn’t thinking clearly. Magneto is so mad he is just trying to punish the whole human race and not thinking about how destroying Earth’s magnetic field will end all life on the planet, not just humans. Animals, plants, and the mutants he left on Earth would all die, since oxygen would be gone and solar winds would ravage Earth. Since Magento isn’t even moving to bring mutants to Astroid M either, nor does he have enough resources to sustain a large population either. All in all Magneto’s working on passion not logic here sadly. The tragedy is if he succeeded Magneto would realize too late he would killed more mutants than his enemies (alongside his children) and would no doubt live the rest of his life regretting his decision. That is the tragedy.
The UN was funding the Sentinel program. Magneto blames the Earth government. After every mass death of mutants Charles goes "no, we should give talking a chance, we should take drastic action while they mass eradicate us". Magneto just had enough.
I don’t think Logan was trying to kill Magneto, he doesn’t miss like that. Logan was trying to incapacitate magneto so he would release what he was doing to the electromagnetic field. It was extreme but they were running out of options.
Wolverine's ability is regeneration, it's nothing to do with adamantium all it does is make him a more efficient killing machine, he really doesn't need it he's used his own bones for his claws as a replacement, as long as some part of wolverine remains he will eventually regenerate back.
Idk if Erik would take away everyone’s free will to build a Utopia because that literally happens in the House of M comics (different continuity, I know) & he got pissed at Pietro for planting the House of Magnus idea in Wanda’s head to give most of the heroes (especially Mutants) their ideal dream world, or maybe it was only because he pinned Magneto as the mastermind behind it. I do recall him saying “WHAT HAVE YOU DONE IN MY NAME, BOY!?”
THANK YOU for pointing out that Nightcrawler was ALSO there on Genosha when it was attacked, so Rogue was wrong when she said no one else was there! That’s such a HUGE oversight/mistake that bothers me every time I see this episode or a reaction/discussion to it.
also during civil war mariah hill/all of SHIELD believed logans powers were his claws, hence when they put the collar on him, he simply goes the claws aren't my super power and busts out xD
See, you get the Rogue/Sunspot flip.. until you combine it with Magneto's total lack of plan. Rogue's all "I refuse to let more mutants die" and then immediately goes with the guy that just dealt out a death sentence to the vast majority of mutants on Earth with seemingly no intention of reversing it.
I believe Cable has used his telekinesis in past episodes but very sparingly and never to the level he did here. Others have said he doesn’t use it outwardly much because he’s constantly using it to confine the tench-organic virus to his arm. He tends to use his gun instead for attack.
Not only was Forge in the picture with the other X-Men, he was in several X-Men: The Animated series episodes. He was in: Days of Future Past Part 1 and 2 Time Fugitives Part 1 and 2 Cold Comfort One Man's Worth Part 2 Beyond Good and Evil Part 1 Phalanx Covenant Part 1 and 2 "Good plan" No, it wasn't a good plan when Bastion saw through it right away.
in the comics wolverine fell into the firey lakes of hell leaving him as only a metalic skelaton and he survived. he also fell into the sun, but did NOT survive. so his limit is somethere between the fires of hell and the sun.
If you were wolverine where would you put adamantium if you could on your bones? Whole skeleton of different parts? I'm doing claws, arms, legs, chest, forehead, side of the skull, and back of the skull, to cover my bases.
Earlier in the season, I was like, "X-Cutioner is so stupid going after Magneto while wearing metal armor!" And then they sent Wolverine after Magneto 😂 I knew what was coming from the little I know about the comics (which I learned by researching characters from Marvel Snap, interestingly enough), but still... c'mon, X-Men, be smarter 😂
I have very few criticisms of this series, but seeming to blame Magneto for everything is one of them, he was honestly trying to do good and it took a literal genoocide for him to reverse course. And if he hadn't shut down the poower mutants would be getting slaughtered by sentinels left and right worldwide, evn the X-Men could barely deal with them. There was no singular good option to stop it.
If you guys want to see what would actually happen if Earth loses it's magnetic field, check out movie "The Core". Greatly underrated fantastic disaster movie.
Erik did nothing wrong. Every single mutant on the ENTIRE PLANET was about to be murdered by the Prime Sentinels. Even after Magento killed the power humans were still hunting down mutants. It's not the mutants' responsibility to just let themselves be killed to keep the peace. Human life isn't more important than mutants, and they've shown they cant be trusted and can't live peacefully with mutants.
I really love this episode, but, bringing the guy with a metal skeleton to fight the master of magnetism is very stupid, more stupid is getting rid of the one advantage Magneto has over Logan, without the metal, Wolverine can fight Magneto much better, also, if you swapped Beast with Nightcrawler, how easily would Nightcrawler to put the collar on Bastion!!!
Honestly does anyone actually care for Sunspot? Cause I felt nothing for his side change. He's just been isolated from the story and characters that him being in the suit part of the team feels completly unearned.
Unless every single individual human on earth is "evil" there are many humans innocent of this great feud that have been killed by Magneto's actions. Planes full of people downed, hospitals incapable of life support, and other crucial infrastructures that keep people alive. Not to mention nature.
Yeah that's the one thing I don't like about this show. Magneto lived through two of the worst genocide's in the world. Yet he seems to have no problem EMP'ing the entire planet and killing probably more people than the Holocaust or Genosha combined.
@@bazanime I think my biggest criticism in the show is that they downplay how many people would have died from Magneto’s actions. In this episode Magneto claims more people died in Genosha than anything he did and the show tries to say only thousands died, but an EMP on Earth would kill way more people, based on where they were or who needed technology to live, like life support. They ignore how Magneto’s actions will kill more mutants alongside the humans than Bastion’s plan.
I'm always team Xavier; but, now i'm with magneto. How many chances ? Lives ? Promises ? Mutants ? People ? Was betrayed. Now Xavier act's like the teacher who punishes the kid that rebels against the bullies as a last resort. F**k him. Ranting ends
Technically, they might be referring to movie Deadpool which has yet to interact with Death and mostly referred to his mutant powers as similar or a copy of Wolverine's.
Can ? I thought him having the adimamtium in him limited his healing factor , if he doesn’t have it he becomes more like Sabertooth right ? Deadpool has a more powerful healing factor than Logan is all I know he can regrow limbs Logan can’t
No he can not lol. The movies have done a number on people's perception of Wolverine's healing factor. Wolverine is not Deadpool. Wolverine dies if loses oxygen to his brain.
This was a good episode, but... Ok, the suit thing.. Cyclops to Cable... Cable was already wearing a colorful costume.. looked arguably more circus like, so while I get the joke, it honestly doesn't land for me. The classic costumes.. I like how they had to wear old shit because the Mansion was destroyed and with it their newer costumes. Cool. But why wigs? LOL ..and Storm already had that very same costume on since she got her's.. magically? I guess. Weird. The teams.. Why in the world would you take Wolverine to go up against Magneto? That makes NO sense. Sure, ironically it was Logan that actually almost won the day for them. But as usual Cyclops is an idiot and messes up the entire mission. Yet so many swear he is a good leader. Ugh. Wolverine... man I liked this show, but wow, what a waste. He was so pointless this entire series. He is THE most popular X-Man, he is Marvels 2nd most popular.. 1st being Spider-man. He is the only X-Man to have their own solo title. No other. Just him. Other's have shorter 6 issue runs but Logan has an actual solo book. There is a reason for that. He is popular. And yes, he can regenerate from just 1 cell. They did that in the comics. So he DOES heal and what not. But like, they didn't use him at all in this show. And this is the last we see of him. He isn't even in the next episode. Huge negative for me as he is my favorite character. Instead we get a Motendo episode. Wow. Yay. Ugh. Adamatium does cause him to continually heal, but in the comics it still makes him better. He could regenerate limbs like Deadpool but now he doesn't have to. So there is that tradeoff but the adamantium is still better.
Wolverine got exactly as much screen time as he should in a typical X-Men story, especially when they have the opportunity to highlight so many other X-Men that deserve the spotlight. Wolverine is meant be a supporting character.
@NeverLoseUrNerd 1. Probably not even then; definitely not now. Reality is not confined to your experience; insisting otherwise is folly. They don't wanna be, they don't gotta be; quit projecting, and accept they aren't.
you aren't the one who gets to decide that, and any fan of the character wouldn't be bothered by the shapeshifter with deep seated trauma being non-binary.

Morph is canonicaly non-binary and pansexual.
I get Magneto is pissed but I feel he should be more mad at Bastion & Sinister for doing that to Genosha but he wants to fight Charles instead ?🤣 Morph changing into Hulk was awesome & I love that Storm views Jean as her sister it’s jsut so damn good & that ending Magneto ripping the adimantium out of Logan was wild ,
Well Charles is fighting him lol. He show up to his place and picked a fight with Magneto.
It makes him have a basis for regeneration tho if he's completely destroyed he's not going to come back which is why he has the unbreakable bones
Matter cannot be created or destroyed, but just changed. Wolverine has regenerated previously from just a drop of blood.
A lot of people hate this sunspot but I find him refreshing
Idk if Erik would take away everyone’s free will to build a Utopia because that literally happens in the House of M comics (different continuity, I know) & he got pissed at Pietro for planting the House of Magnus idea in Wanda’s head to give most of the heroes (especially Mutants) their ideal dream world, or maybe it was only because he pinned Magneto as the mastermind behind it. I do recall him saying “WHAT HAVE YOU DONE IN MY NAME, BOY!?”
yes been waiting for this awesome
The shot of Wolverine with all his adamantium pulled out is taken directly from Andy Kubert's art from X-Men #25
The callback to the 1st X-Men movie, wait why did they send Wolverine with the team fighting Magneto? HOLY SH*T THEY DID ALL OF THE THINGS!
THANK YOU for pointing out that Nightcrawler was ALSO there on Genosha when it was attacked, so Rogue was wrong when she said no one else was there! That’s such a HUGE oversight/mistake that bothers me every time I see this episode or a reaction/discussion to it.
I think she was talking about the mutants back at the school, the ones who stayed behind
About Logan's healing factor, he's had his heart literally blown up before (shout out to our girl Quake) and been fine
also during civil war mariah hill/all of SHIELD believed logans powers were his claws, hence when they put the collar on him, he simply goes the claws aren't my super power and busts out xD

"it poses the question: What did the five fingers say to the face?!"
The original had writers that really hate Jean with all their heart
Not only was Forge in the picture with the other X-Men, he was in several X-Men: The Animated series episodes. He was in:
Days of Future Past Part 1 and 2
Time Fugitives Part 1 and 2
Cold Comfort
One Man's Worth Part 2
Beyond Good and Evil Part 1
Phalanx Covenant Part 1 and 2
"Good plan"
No, it wasn't a good plan when Bastion saw through it right away.
Just because a plan fails, doesn’t mean it’s a bad one. Just like when a bad plan succeeds, doesn’t mean it’s a good one.
I thought it was a good plan too
Without the Adamantium who kind of poisons Logan or at least holds his mutation a bit back, he should be healing even faster now!
Epic. Just epic.
Demayos Diner, the man was cooking with 97
in the comics wolverine fell into the firey lakes of hell leaving him as only a metalic skelaton and he survived. he also fell into the sun, but did NOT survive. so his limit is somethere between the fires of hell and the sun.
Fires of hell melt away everything except the adamantium which protects his brain. But I'm guessing the sun can even melt adamantium.
@@drudlenaw it's more of he can't fly away he's said before he'll just keep dying over and over in those types of situations like drowning ECT
I loved that black leather line. I absolutely hated the fact that the X-Men didn't wear yellow in the first trilogy.
At last we're here 🤘😁
Everyone talks about why the hell are you sending Logan to fight Magento when he was the one who stopped him from killing Charles.
Wolverine without the metal is faster, stronger and regenerates quicker
Is that a marvel based pinball machine in the back? I've never seen it before. I like it and want to know more about it.
It's funny how a single episode of this show is better than anything Star Wars has done in years.
In this episode magneto said the mutants will survive what he did to the planet & they can come with him to asteroid M.
I feel like Jean is Cable’s mother/grandmother.
Wolverine did NOT scream during that...Im pretty sure that's like a thing...in the comics
If you were wolverine where would you put adamantium if you could on your bones? Whole skeleton of different parts? I'm doing claws, arms, legs, chest, forehead, side of the skull, and back of the skull, to cover my bases.
12:59 Thats a Wallpaper
Earlier in the season, I was like, "X-Cutioner is so stupid going after Magneto while wearing metal armor!" And then they sent Wolverine after Magneto 😂 I knew what was coming from the little I know about the comics (which I learned by researching characters from Marvel Snap, interestingly enough), but still... c'mon, X-Men, be smarter 😂
I've a question why are all the playlists backwards
I have very few criticisms of this series, but seeming to blame Magneto for everything is one of them, he was honestly trying to do good and it took a literal genoocide for him to reverse course. And if he hadn't shut down the poower mutants would be getting slaughtered by sentinels left and right worldwide, evn the X-Men could barely deal with them. There was no singular good option to stop it.
Get Wanda on the phone and tell her to say "No more Sentinels." j/k
Cable has to use most of his power to supress his tecnorganic virus so he uses guns nd weapons more
they send wolverine against magneto and cable against sinestro...
Forge was in the og show
If you guys want to see what would actually happen if Earth loses it's magnetic field, check out movie "The Core".
Lol Magneto is psychopath...he would've killed every living beings on Earth
wolverine is mutch stronger with bone claws the adamantium was messing with his healing factor
I just hope Logan can keep his nose
Magneto did nothing wrong
They ignore how Magneto’s actions will kill more mutants alongside the humans than Bastion’s plan.
also isn't is strange that when the sentinals were attacking the United nations was perfectly intact nobody was in danger hmmmmmm
Post credit scene in finale.

Wovlerine regenerated from a cell before what
Rogue going Rogue from the X-Men, irony
I'm always team Xavier; but, now i'm with magneto. How many chances ? Lives ? Promises ? Mutants ? People ? Was betrayed.
Now Xavier act's like the teacher who punishes the kid that rebels against the bullies as a last resort. F**k him. Ranting ends
Wolverine heals from a single cell. Deadpool is immortal.
Technically, they might be referring to movie Deadpool which has yet to interact with Death and mostly referred to his mutant powers as similar or a copy of Wolverine's.
Its all varies but yea hes usually busted
Wolverine has literally never healed from a single cell.
Wolverine dies if loses oxygen to his brain.
eaae
Nah I like that he took a back seat. Wolverine gets soo much play in all other X-Men stuff I like the show giving some other members their due.
Wolverine got exactly as much screen time as he should in a typical X-Men story, especially when they have the opportunity to highlight so many other X-Men that deserve the spotlight. Wolverine is meant be a supporting character.
Morph is a guy
No they aren't.
@@aterwilligeryes he is, ever since the original series
@NeverLoseUrNerd 1. Probably not even then; definitely not now. Reality is not confined to your experience; insisting otherwise is folly. They don't wanna be, they don't gotta be; quit projecting, and accept they aren't.
you aren't the one who gets to decide that, and any fan of the character wouldn't be bothered by the shapeshifter with deep seated trauma being non-binary.
please stop saying "they" when talking about Morph its super cringe
why is it cringe how some strangers address someone else?
Morph is non-binary. Their chosen pronoun is they/them. Pay attention to the dialog. That's the pronun that other X-men use when referring to Morph. Also look at end credits of each episode.
No.
