Your video is really good the only thing I would avoid is running your cat six parallel with any electrical service especially anything that sucks air conditioning level power my experience is sometimes the cameras all kind of bounce around a little bit when the compressors come on but other Nat did nice job nice and clean good luck
Keep in mind I am still new but I wanted to share the Mobizen app idea for screen recording for mobile devices. To be fair its hard to see when you go into the tablet section of the video.
Granted starting out the way you did then transitioning in editing to the screen recording would make things more interesting and more clear.
Before cutting a hole in the ceiling make sure you hold the camera up and check... my favorite part

My ip cam did not need port forwarding o.O put in local ip and tested it without my wifi on and it still works XD

No need for portforwarding anymore with new hikvision equipment.
Its all cloud based stuff with new apps also
Folks only buy hikvision usa so u get warranties from california.
Look for dealer partners such as our company so u get the full benefit of hikvision products.
Hikvision will give you up to 5 yrs off the shelf warranty to authorized dealer partners
So stay away from amazon and the Chinese imports marked hikvision or so called english versions. There mostly all chinese flashed cameras
All hikvision usa products are usually factory sealed with a silver piece of tape on box opening and always always run the camera and or recorder serial number through hikvision usa in california. They will tell u if its legit or not.
If its a hik usa product any hik usa dealer partner can warranty the product
