Cj's mom on the streets isn't actually a bug. Rockstar chose a random ped model to appear as CJ's mom and that's why we see her on the streets. It's not only cj's mom's model
CJ's mom is everywhere when cj does something bad boom he gets a whooping

To anyone who doesn't know, it's possible to save the suicidal photographer most of the time. You go up, throw one punch at him, and if he doesn't turn around and run into the water right way, he will follow you attempting to punch you as you lead him to the bridge and over the bridge into Los Santos, at which point you just run and lose him.
The Unknown Guy/MALE01 Bug is when the game doesn't load a specific pedestrian model in that particular frame , it will replace it with the MALE01 NPC , This is a known bug by the GTA Modding Community and has been fixed in the game with modification

We can consider that "the backup pedestrian" for The Unknown Guy. The reason why its name is "MALE01" in the game files is because it is the first pedestrian model created in the game. We can see this man in different places in the game. Due to some glitches in the game or some unknown bugs, some pedestrian models are missing and not visible. The game automatically creates this model instead of disappearing pedestrians.

the truth is my favourite character from gta San Andreas. He is the real true conspiracy theorist and his speeches really makes sense, He is gentle, polite and fearless. The real truth seeker.

Gta Sanandreas was and still is the best mysterious Gta game in the series
I don’t think future Gta games can match the creepy atmosphere of Gta Sanandreas.
The last Gta game with a Unique atmosphere was probably Gta 4 or Chinatown Wars.

It seems that there is nothing particularly mysterious in Male01, it's just a technical character that appears in cases where another character cannot spawn for some reason (well, this is also the appearance in cases where it is not indicated which character to use?), for example, male01 replaces unique characters in replays, and also appears instead of hostile gang members after how you conquered all the territories.

The "Farmer" Guy walks to cabin where the abandoned lake is and theories go it will spawn a cult of them and they shoot you and if you defeated them all there is a guy on the abandoned wheel chair

I like this game because it's spooky, especially the NPCS they look off, and it's not just about the graphics, everything is spooky about this game, it has a certain atmosphere of horror you don't see in other GTA games

I think i've seen some theory about the truth's dialogue in the end of the green goo mission, the truth says "everything is different now", some people speculated that the truth is the one who make a change on cj's life with the green goo thing, that's why cj got a happy ending
