Ah, that explains why I could never get this one to pop! It’s very badly worded on the game achievements, I assumed it would count if you picked the item up before the monkeys could reach it. But from this, it seems it actually requires you to kill them. Bit annoyed at the game devs, but thank you for clearing it up for me!
Thank you so much I did it on PS5. I just didn’t pick up anything besides the shotgun shells and it worked 😊
