Bro, Satellite to mobile communication is not enabled on android yet. Only IPhone 14 and 15 pro series support satellite messaging system. Internet is not supported. Starlink is capable of Internet connectivity only through a satellite receiver and modem provided by them. May be a possibility is starlink can provide Internet over the BSNL tower to overcome Bandwidth allocation difficulties with other providers. Or they can provide Internet modems at best prices if government have agreed. But if they work out any solution, that will be game changer for digital platforms.

There will be another device which will be the singal receiver and from there , we can connect our mobile devices. The receiver must be placed in the direction of the satellite to get it connected and the speed depends upon the distance between the receiver and the mobile devices.
