Need to get around with assistance and since I consider myself too damn young for a Hurry Cane I got myself a walking stick.

I see stories with coupons as a factor in so many posts. Do countries still use these things? We haven't had them in years, special discounts being built into the prices which makes so much sense.

First, thank you for telling the story with respect to someone with disabilities. To often I hear people trying to sound respectful but use words that sound horrible for a disabled person. Im disabled and it’s upsetting when people overlook the fact their words can cut deep commenting about another person. But in a case like this where the victim is younger can make me angry. We hear people talk about how much better things are today compared to yesterdays. Turning children into victims of cruelty and abuse is unacceptable today and it was unacceptable in years past. Words can cut deeply especially when talking about and talking to children. When handicapped people reach adulthood, please understand the reason most newly minted adults don’t get upset is because many either hide their emotions, realize that YOU are not worth the time it takes to educate you, or, it’s something they’ve heard often enough growing up that your comments roll off them like water on a ducks back.
Some handicaps are visible and others are hidden. Personally, on a scale of 1-10, on meds my best days are when I rate the pain at level 4. You can’t see that I’m hurting so bad and it’s agony to walk 10 feet. I don’t want you to feel sorry for me, but if you make snarky remarks about my handicaps, I’m going to tell you that you are one car wreck away from being paralyzed neck down or much better, only from the waist down. We are not going to feel sorry for you when that drunk driver plowed into you and your vehicle. If your child is the victim, I want the best for them and think your child deserves everything that can be done for them. If I’ve heard you talking horribly about handicaps, I’ll be completely honest with hospital staff treating your child and probably with CPS as well knowing that child’s life is pretty much over if you are their caregiver.
Being nice and being respectful doesn’t hurt. Know that before you get home today, Ms Karma has a drunk driver waiting to take out everyone in your vehicle. Accidents happen all the time. But, Ms Karma will strike back at you and whoever is in the car with you. Karma loves head injuries and is waiting to give you a new gift - Congratulations you now have acute learning and memory problems. Saying it again, you are just one drunk driver away from becoming someone you detest.
When I heard that Rob guy called that kid the slur for mentally disabled people I said some several expletives and said what which I will not put here because of RUclips regulations
You are a minor. You can not enter a contract without your parent's consent. If you sent it in, and they accepted, it's on them if they didn't ask you if you were 18 or over. You could have kept all the records for free and reminded them you were a minor.
Also, I don't remember them just sending albums. We had the choice of what was sent. I actually enjoyed BMG or the record club. That started my now massive collection of vinyl.
@@mcviruz8299 I did BMG and Columbia records. I have around 500 albums, I was USAF and many places didn't have the latest music or music I liked...IE country and RAP were just starting to come into popularity.

Story 2. OP is a hypocrite and a psychopath. OP is NOT the hero in this situation. Tells one person that strangers' words don't matter, then proceeds to have SOMEONE ELSE do the dirty work for them and completely destroy someone else's life over those same words. Sure, Rob was an asshole, if you take OPs story at face value, but he wasn't ruining people's lives.
Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.
Far too many people need to be reminded of those timeless words of wisdom these days, and FAR too many of them are supposed to be grown ass adults.
You can only get a c-section if medically needed not on demand.
Actually c-sections can be planned.
After checking I found it's possible in the UK, and I think I heard before that it's possible in the US as well. Not sure about other countries
In the U.S., many OB/GYNs insist on having c-sections because they can schedule it during the day instead of the unpredictable natural birth. The other thing with c-sections is they expose the doctor to a lot less liability. There are generally less complications in a c-section than a natural birth. It isn’t the mothers who push for c-sections, it’s the doctors.

The hotel story, you just implicated yourself for stealing. You admitted it was you that did it! Lucky for you you didn’t mention any critical info that could be traced back to you.otherwise you would be facing charges of theft, possibly fraud, or similar crime, jailed, and or fines, and getting fired, and having a record that would haunt you for the rest of your life.

For the last story....You constantly keep saying Partner. Are you starting a Business? Are you a Gay couple like Girl/Girl? If by some chance the other person in the relationship is a guy then why are you hiding that fact? Either say Boyfriend or Husband. Do we know? No, we can only guess because in your story you don't give details. It's like being a parent and someone asks what they are and you say, they're a kid. This vague identity stuff is stupid.
Many people refer to their other half as their partner.
I don't see what the issue is with this & it has no significance to the story whatsoever
"Partner" is pretty much a generic term. The only reason it might matter is if somebody is looking for an opportunity to display their bigotry and ignorance.
