i don't know, maybe because i didn't have a chance to watch it with procol harum this song sounded good. but, what we should admit is that any song could suit to that excellent end :)
Halil Sinan Solgun I agree. I had to get over my incredible disappointment over the change, but this song has grown on me. And, like you said, the ending was one of those perfect moments that you just don't get with television today.
If you want to pay the price for the discs, shipping and a new DVD player, you can get the original shows with the original music from England since the licensing doesn't apply to England. It won't be cheap though.

I remember searching by the lyrics, and the IMDB information about this episode. However, I could find nothing about Danny. If you remember any other songs sang by the same guy, I can do a little digging cause I cannot believe how little credit this song collects.

It sounds like a famous singer but I just can't seem to recall the guy's name I believe he committed suicide he sounds the song sounds just like him.
