Hi Joe- great tips on the diet- I have a friend who just beat pancreatic cancer about 18 months ago and she is plant based protein, no meat etc and feels great now.
Found mine in 2015 at 55 , had prostate removed, 2 years later psa went up , did radiation and hormones, came back 2 years later, went on Lupron in 2020 still taking it, it’s awful

I am praying for you. Once people found out about my husband's dementia, It has been Crickets from them. I will add you to my prayer list.
My wife has dementia now and I keep it quiet as I can. Glad I am her care giver. Been through it twice and it ain't easy.🦇
