I love how all the windows don’t open, just some, especially with it being one story. The windows are tall but let in light.

If you have guests, they would need to pass all the bedrooms to get to the guest living room or living room. Also, a closet right next to the shower in the master bedroom. Humidity can build up in the closet which will ruin your clothes, purses, etc.
A lot of homes in Texas have the closet in the bathroom. I was caught off guard by it moving here but with the fan on and closet doors closed you’re fine
Not really. 450k to 500k depending how many upgrades you want to put. In Texas, people tend spend 10% to 20% of the base price in upgrades. It would not make any sense to upgrade 500k, which you can buy another home already.
407k 8 months ago , now its probably 467k and its a starting price. add 200k for the upgrade, this is somehow the real world computation of it plus tax.

Most people will not upgrade 200k on it. 60k to 80k is reasonable, and you can opt to not upgrade at all.
Base prices for a lot builders have indeed raised significantly in the past year due to demand and construction cost.
