@B: I am very glad you receive warm assistance, when you travel, I can imagine your face of happiness when the flight attendants interact with you.
@B&@P: I’m fully aware of the tremendous effort you make to come to Europe. I think it is worthwhile if you stay for a long time, that is your case.
@P: I am curious to know how you adapt the outdoor lighting lessons, when you go to the different countries, since in some cases there are big differences (e.g. Spain versus UK) in natural light.
@P: I agree with you in the value of customer service, and I see a lot of business in this area. I also see little value with the robotic tools that are meant to provide assistance.

Never understood how wedding photographers can ask for more money after being paid to shoot the wedding. Of course the bride wants the pics. They didnt pay you to show up and take pics but not deliver them.
