Absolutely love to see someone who doesn’t concern themselves with edc weight, I’ve carried a large load out for years and years. Love my sr1 lites, and ruger gp100.
Funny notepad. Sounds like you might not care that much for the Arkfield? Your Taurus is new enough it will have a transfer bar-you don’t need to leave it on a empty chamber…
@ElCapAddict Exactly. Even old and new firing pin mounted hammer revolvers like Smiths and Rossis have three internal (passive) safeties. Rebound slide, hammer block, and hammer stop. Even the old Colt single action armies had a first hammer click safety to keep the hammer off the firing pin if carrying fully loaded. Many single action autoloaders even have a half cock feature if a manual safety is not engaged. Most folks never take advantage of these safety features or even know they exist so they carry hammer down on an empty chamber and limit their capacity.
I do carry my 38 at times. It’s part of my rotation. I don’t care for 380 at all. I’m making a decision right now on one of the small Ruger 9mm. One of these Lc9, Ec9, or the max9. Couple other manufacturers too. But Ruger seems to be the lightest. Thank brother 👊🏻👍🏻😎

Very nice awesome carry! Have a wonderful day!!!
I love the Taurus 38, I have one that is hammerless. Rings my ears every time I pull the trigger.
Just found your channel & like the content (edc) question, no hollow points in the revolver?
Love it!

So far much less expensive lights have done a better job, when needed. We will see
