This is it bhoys. We need a huge perfomance from us as fans and the team on Wednesday night and kick on in Europe. I've got faith we can do it and I for one can't wait. Hail Hail
I watched Slovan in Qualies. They're a well organised side and will make more of the chances Hearts had/didn't take. Can't decide if we're a competitive CL team or a team that looks very good in a poor domestic League.
We have a much stronger bench now as a result of transfers. We were missing that last season, hopefully we see things improve in Europe because of that.
No change in defence. Bernado in for Hatate. Maeda and Khun on either side. Kyogo in the middle. Not saying that's right or wrong, just my prediction ☺
It's how players react to rotation etc,I'm sure Rodgers has explained to players they are all needed for a long season ahead,as Paddy said, better options now, personally think Bernardo starts for his energy
Taylor must now show to defend for his life inc getn some goals which he's capable of if he wants to keep his place. Or Valle will come in. Its that simple, Rodgers must be merciless. Same for Bernardo n Hatate
The scales bashing fasanates me be very very careful what you wish for, and be honest about it he's Irish and cultrurly doesn't fit the mindset, imagen if he was Leonardo scales from Barcelona yed be druleing like a bull dog on a hot day
@@MichaelKeogh-d9d i think this is a bit blown out of proportion Michael. Scales was on his way out the door to Aberdeen last summer. His nationality has nothing to do with it. Defensively he is solid, offensively he slows us down. Pretty sure he has just been benched by a struggling Ireland National side too. We rarely spend £6million on players to sit on the bench. I think Trusty will take the jersey.
@PaddyTCE just because you spend 6 million on a player, guarantees absolutely nothing, trusty has been dropped and subbed by the USA national team aswell, went to arsenal and done nothing, was at the centre of the Sheffield defence one of the worst in EPL history, everyone has a past so judge a man for his present not his past ,scales is ripping it up long may it last, get up ya boyo
@@MichaelKeogh-d9d i still think Trusty will take the position eventually Michael. No harm to Scales. He has stood up and been great for us at times. I personally don’t think he takes us to the next level. Here’s hoping for the 3 points tomorrow.
@@PaddyTCE sound paddy we all have our different views, if you're ever down London town ,we'll shake hands and have a few pints of Guinness 3 1 tomorrow night is the goal, God bless

Some of the panel make little sense when firstly stating that Scales excels first and foremost as ah defender particularly strong when we are under the cosh , as it were , but then the same panel member seems to suggest that against Dortmund we’re ambitious for our centre back ( whomever it may be ) to be taking the game to Dortmund , in my view it’s simple Scales has been excellent and starts the champions league games on merit , it’s up to Trusty to play his way in to the team , in any case another couple of weeks into the season they’ll all be needed and these issues will dissipate
What if Auston Trusty can do both Stephen? Defend every bit as well as Scales, but also provide a higher level of capability when bringing out the ball...?
@TheCelticExchange OK I have eating my words hatate was class think cos he has more space in Europe and not being chopped by hammer throwers in spl just the giving away the ball that cracked me up lol sorry
@@paulmccalmont8383 Fair point there Paul. No doubt that some of our players are better suited to Europe than to Scottish Football in general. Very different pace, physicality at those levels.

Nice one Kenny, one to look forward to 🙌🍀
Another great pod lads ty. Buzzing for Wednesday.
Cheers Mark. What a night Wednesday was! 🙌🔥
We need a big performance on wed from the fans aswell
Yep, all got a part to play 🙌

Sounds familiar
Mystery scorer - Nakamura. What a strike that was
A cracker @Paul! 🔥

Mcowan will be the next captain I rekon.
He's settling in well, no doubt 🍀
I think we are getting way carried away bhoys..
Its the only way to go Dan 🙌

I think we will struggle. Even in first game.being honest.
Why do you think that Dan?

We are still missing certs which would have taken the pressure off that’s my take hoping we take them on Wed.
Thanks
Top man Ronnie, thank you 🙌🍀

For me I would start with Bernardo and Hatate, with Engels on the bench to come on at 60 mins fresh legs and power
Big call for BR to make in midfield tomorrow. Good options to have though

Barnardo for me hatate brilliant player but trying the Hollywood pases could cost us it's frustrating
In Europe we need that edge, something creative. Hatate brings that.
Paddy is right barnardo for me hatate is a sulcker to me sorry bring on Mccowan
Hatate being a sulker is a myth....!

I still worry about us in Europe be honest I'm not brimming with confidence been here before sorry
Past experience tells us we can be over confident Paul, but the team are in good shape 🍀
@TheCelticExchange yeah the match daizan what a player love him what he eats god knows the guy could make a marathon look like a stroll
@@paulmccalmont8383 He's absolutely incredible! 😂
For me the opening game of CL is not the time to start ah new centre back
Maybe so. Scales in pretty decent form 👍
