- If you adore fried chicken and delicious Italian food, then this fusion recipe is for you. It’s simple to make, and without a deep fryer. Chicken thighs are used as they stay juicy on the inside and have more flavour. The chicken is dipped in egg, coated in a herb and spice flour mix, and shallow fried in a pan, using olive oil. It’s baked in the oven to finish cooking and to accentuate the crispiness. While the chicken is cooking, a cream sauce is made with garlic, white wine, sun dried tomatoes, cheese and basil. The sauce is placed around the chicken so it says crispy. It’s then dipped into this delicious garlic cheesy sauce. What more could you want? Enjoy my Crispy Creamy Fried Chicken today!

A perfect way to start the morning by watching one of your delicious recipe videos. Today's Thanksgiving in the USA & a turkey dinner is the traditional meal, but I'm serving a smoked brisket that I put on my smoker last night. I've got some boneless chicken thighs in the freezer along with a jar of sun-dried tomatoes in the refrigerator so I know what will be on the menu for Saturday night! Really great recipe. I made it few months ago and it really stayed in our home menu. The chicken is nice and crisp, while the sauce is rich and creamy. Perfect combination. I added gnocchi as a side dish and it came out really, really well. Compliments to the chef, Joel. From Poland - Kamil :)

This is not by any means a criticism, I really love your recipes and I appreciate your posts. I made this recipe today and it was good, I will say that the 350 degree oven was not hot enough to crisp up the chicken, so, after baking it; I put it into my air fryer to crisp it up, it was wonderful!!! Coming out of the oven at 350 degrees it was not cooked to a crispy enough crust. Thank you again, the sauce was very good. Don't serve it when it is too hot.
Not all ovens are the same, mine was quite crispy, but thanks for letting me know, hopefully it will help others. 👍
