I've got white wall road tires on mine I swapped the front fender with one of a little trails bike (on backwards) painted it white with the rear fender and added mudflaps seeing is believing 😁

Hey. No the list is a motor power only test so a different gear would make no difference. Of course in real life gears are very important for getting up hills.

@@johnmaddog yeah the throttle is optional. I talk about it in the video.
Open the controller,you will see a white wire looping back on itself on the circuit board if it has no connection, just cut it or pull apart, it's usually always white very rarely blue but you can't miss it.
I imagine you're right unless they really didn't want people to get access to it and have hidden it well.
is this a guess or from experience, and are you talking about the limiter on the controller that is hardwired?

Soo is it legal in EU if the actual power is higher than 250w ?
If they've had the motor classed as 250w, speed locked to 15.5 and throttle disabled then it's legal. Quite a lot of motors are more powerful but classed as 250w.
try the s866 screen unlock pls and see if it works, id buy it if it does... quite a deal, bummer its locked
There's no speed option in the screen options.
I'll see if there's a limiter plug by the controller but I doubt it.
where is the connector for the throttle anyone
At 1:31 when I move the bell there are 2 wires that look like they're coming from under the bell. I think they are from the brake and the throttle. You can see the wire tidy coils get wider. I think the throttle wire connector is in there with a black cap on it. You might have to un coil the wire tidy to see it.

@@e-VRC meh the app is more than rubbish, the map's stuck to china for me - as for the data it shows, nothing that can't be seen on the bike computer itself.
Social media sharing between owners of bikes using the same app? pretty useless as well.

You say totally legal, but it has a hand throtlle that will hopefully soon be legal but in the meantime its not legal to have a hand throttle.
You saw that the hand throttle has to be installed though right? So there's an easy way around the hand throttle.
Nobody is going to buy this because unlike Engwe or other '250' watt bikes the speed can't be increased. Let's be honest here...few people here want a bike they can't go faster than 15mph on
