버터바 자주 먹었는데 어어어엄청 달아서 그런지 금방 물려서 항상 서너가지맛을 사서 반씩은 남겼는데요 버터바 사이즈를 지금의 반으로 줄여서 약간 미니한 사이즈로도 팔았으면 좋겠어요ㅠㅠ 여러가지맛도 먹고싶고 남기지않고 혼자서 충분히 먹을 수 있는만큼요 항상 큰 크기가 아쉬워요 이렇게만 보면 사이즈가 작아보이는데 먹어보면 저 크기가 작다고 느껴지지 않아요

They're the bakers so their way is probably best but it seems better to add half the cheese powder mixture, then half the liquid, then both of the remaining stuff so there isn't a huge cloud of powder at the start and so the mixer doesn't struggle so much
Im a baker, typically its to make sure all the powder is thuroughly mixed together and then the liquids are evenly distributed, also you dont want to over mix stuff depending on your batters. They definitely didnt clean the bottom of the bowl in the matcha section cuz there was loads of butter coming out (that ususally happens because the paddle doesnt reach there, so you have to manually go and mix that)
Well, the flavors seem to be traditional flavors for the toppings. Is the base a traditional butter cookie or scottish short bread? Curiouser and curiouser....thank you for the video, the cooking is so delightful as usual!

I think the baker's intention is the bar is to be consumed in slices, like something nibble with a coffee or a tea. eating an entire piece would be overload (for me).
Although I clearly haven't tasted it, the bars look really dense and somewhat dry. Also, it seems to involve a whole lot of steps in making the bars for something that one would think would take minutes -- like a standard brownie.... just saying.
