@@NaeNaeW yes, girl!!!!!!
Thank you for sharing this lovely recipe.
You look Gorgeous with your hair in that manner.
What is mole taste like ....please let me know ....you both are great love you...
I’m subscribing for that real deal mole recipe lol.. my Fiancé is Mexican. I want to be able to surprise her with a few Mexican dishes
The 1st thing I did when I saw MOLE was look to see if you hit 1 million. That was a teaser title for sure 😭 can't wait for the real authentic recipe 😋
love that brand too, I do add a abuelita chocolate with it and pickled jalapeños, man it's sweet spicy just good, and onion n garlic that I boiled the whole chicken in along with the knorr chicken base.
Also. Can’t wait for a million. Been waiting since 200k for the mole
Ohh and hopefully lemon pepper wings one day with your lemon oil
I love Dona Maria Mole! I add Chile de arbol to mine in the blender with the mole and chicken broth
I have made this for about 26 years now! I add a little peanut butter and family and friends love it!! I also make a potato salad to go with it and of course you can’t forget the rice.
Oh, and the leftover mole I make into en moladas with queso fresco. They are delicious!!! 😋 Maybe one day you can make a video of your version of enmoladas. Thank you both lovely ladies for all your great videos. ❤️
I've never had it with peanut butter before, but that sounds so yummy! How much peanut butter do you usually add?
@@amandaaguilar5307 I add about a tbs but since you have never had it like that start off with less and go up until you have the taste you like. Try it you will not be disappointed. It’s Delicious!!!😋
@@maridonny92 I will definitely have to try that the next time I make some mole. Thank you so much!!
I add peanut butter and sugar
Growing up my mom made it like this and I loved it, but once I was introduced to my moth in law’s mole I feel in love. She makes her sauce from scratch and it spicy just like I like it.
How does she make it from scratch ..Im a good cook it's my passion to cook meals at home in the kitchen with alot of love I cook all varieties of foods and I'm laways learning new things
It's my favorite pass time to cook
I'd love to learn how to make this from scratch and also if anyone is willing to give me suggestions on some new Mexican dinner dishes I can make that are fast authentic and easy ..I've made carne asada tacos burritos tostada's ceviche
Green chili chicken enchiladas shredded beef enchiladas chili Verde I make the best rice and homemade refried beans as my family tells me it's the best lol ..
Any suggestions would be great
Friends thanks again and God bless you Steph and cloud
I love the love you to have for each other ...I'm an only child and I wish I had a sibling to share life with .I love you guys I watch you everyday 😘😂❤️🙏💞💓❣️♥️💖❤️♥️❣️💓💞🤗👩🍳🥘🥧🥩🥦👨🍳🍳
Love that brand. We have so many of those glasses in our kitchen. Blending that mole in the blender works so well. My mil does it in the pan and it takes forever for it to make a sauce.
Definitely going to try it. Anything that will get the family fed quickly is a win for me.
Can't wait!
I have Doña Maria Mole that I picked up yesterday! These will be delicious with chicken and my homemade tortillas!
Gracias Steph and Cloud!!
Genoveva from NM 😘
In a large country with so many regional dishes I view mole as the pinnacle of Mexican/Hispanic cooking. It is so delicious and the complexity is unparalleled. Varieties of mole can have numerous ingredients. So, with that, I welcome and trust a delicious version from the kitchen of Stephanie. I will be trying this. I adore Mole.
Jen Joy.. YOU , young lady, are very WISE, 😊n grounded, truer words , not very often spoken!👍🏽😍
That's awesome I never knew you homeschool you beautiful children ❤, so do I and I know its lots of work but worth it at the end! Blessings to u and your beautiful family
Girl, why do you makes us choose between sweet and savory?! I like them both! 😅
The only kind of mole I knew as a child was sweet. My mom is from Durango, Mex. and she always added chocolate, sugar, and cinnamon. She also adds chiles but I can never remember which kind.
My mother in law makes a killer mole verde. Hers has the green mole Doña Maria, toasted sesame seeds, lettuce, cilantro, and some other green things I can’t remember right now. Super delicious.
😂 Good thing you mentioned that this is the quick version. I wasn't about to believe this was YOUR special molé recipe. Phew! 😅
Thank you for showing me how to perfectly use the pre made sauce!!! Making this ASAP! 🤎
Thank You for the lesson. I just made Mole this evening and everyone loves it. You are Awesome!!! Simple easy to do instructions. Than You!!!!!😊😊😊😊
I use the same mole but we like it sweet. My mom loved mole and when we eat it we think of her....
Right!😍😊
thanks for your recipe on this simple mole...your not old, not experienced, just more "Seasoned" :) have an awesome day toots!
Your videos inspire me that one day I may find someone who loves Mexican food and cooking as much as I do. So much love in your videos! Thank you Steph and Cloud. Great work.
My favorite girls using my favorite dinnerware! Fiesta ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜💗
Yum mole! I love mole, mole de olla, mole ranchero, mole poblano, mole dulce, mole verde? Pipián de semillas de calabaza, I’ve had mole sweetened with raisins, banana, animal crackers, I just love mole! As a kid, our family always had it with atroz and macaroni or potato salad🔥
I like it spicy I always add Chile de Arbol 🤩
I have made mole dozens of times and never EVER thought to blend it in my vitamin! This makes it soo much easier! I used to use LA Costeña but they changed their recipe and it is now super spicy (which I don't mind) and gives me way too much phlem. I can't eat that any more. I like dogs maria. I add peanut butter, abuelita chocolate and a little peanut butter powder and little sugar. Comes out so sweet and delicious! Thanks for your tips and recipe!
Love your pot!! This looks delicious!!
Oh my goodness...thank you for posting this mole. It has been so long since I have had this. I just couldn't do it the scratch homemade kind. I will be making this for sure. Yummmm!!!✌️🌻😋 Love the pot you cooked the mole in.
Beautiful looking food. I really like the pot also.
My favorite dish 😋 looks like my abuelita & momma use to make
Omg have you ever read Como Agua Para Chocolate or seen the movie? if no,t it's a must! The book is my favorite, it's written as a recipe book, there are some dishes there I'd love to see you try, de tortas navideñas or de codornices en pétalos de rosas. I love love mole, Doña Maria really does a solid with the ready to go, cuz mole mole is noooo joke. I like it savory with a hint of canela and a little bit spicy
Hi Steph! I like my molé sweet. I agree with you about Abuelita chocolaté being more sugary than chocolatey. I grew up with chocolaté Ibarra, and have stuck to it in my molé as well as chocalatito during the cold weather. Congrats on your 900k! Here's to the next milestone soon!! Oh yeahhhh 🙌🏻🥰
I love that brand too!!!! I do add garlic and onion, and a bit of peanut butter. My family loves it!!! I love frying my corn tortillas and then throwing the mole in between each one so I can roll my enchiladas easier. I also love scrambled eggs, onion and cheese for breakfast or dinner.
I add two dry jalapeños, and ½ a Ibarra circle. Yes, the Abuelita brand is more sweeter. I personally prefer the Ibarra brand not bitter but not so sweet. Delicious and quick.
I love savory mole but sometimes the mole with the abuelita chocolate is a nice treat 🤤
yea my mom always made the smoky chili sweet mole with abuelita chocolate , but in a pinch doña maria is OK just add a tablespoon of peanut butter and half an abuelita/ibarra medallion and its honestly bussin
Love this! I always add some Ibarra wedges in mine. A little more chocolatey than Abuelita IMO. …I’m probably gonna get pounced on by all the Team Abuelita folks for that comment. 😬
Chicken mole is my favorite dish. Thank you for this! Looking forward to the real stuff at the 1MM follower mark! Oh I’m a savory mole guy!
When I don't have time to make it from scratch that is the brand that I use. It tastes delicious. I like mines with a pinch of sweetness to it. I love your channel. You ladies are the bomb.
Looks so good, it has been years since I made it! I like to add a little unsweetened peanut butter to Dona Marie's. Thanks for reminding me to add this back into my life. ~Marie
love you homeschooling mama we do too. having easy food is the best but delicious food!? Amazing
I’ve never had mole but I’ve always wanted to try it, maybe now I will
This is all time favorite mole too! Never have I ever added the sesame seeds but I always have some so next week I’m going to try. I asked myself at the end, savory or sweet??? What is sweet mole? Now I know from reading others comments. I like it sweet, I use Ibarra or abuelita, peanut butter and of course chicken k-norr. Can’t wait to try my sweet mole with seasame seeds
My sisters add peanut butter. My mom made the best though. Come on, let’s get Steph and Cloud to a million!
P.S. I’m not sure how my mom made mole. I sure do miss my mama. 💜
I didn’t know you could get already prepared Mole. I’m going to have to go to my local Hispanic market and look for that. Love that the jar is something you can keep and use. I always learn something awesome from your videos Steph! I like savory mole.
Most supermarkets carry it in their Hispanic area.
@@lindanelson4963 Thanks I’ll check it out. I’ve never seen it in my mainstream grocery store before but I have an awesome Hispanic market not far from home. I love to shop there! The produce and butcher sections are so much better than my regular store.
@@camillewinnie27 i've seen it carried at Walmart. very cheap there.
You really have the most beautiful cookware ever 😍😍😍
Muchas gracias mi amigas for this post. I've always seen that jar in the grocery store but never gave it a chance. Now, I can finally make enchiladas the way I like them!
I never knew you can make enchiladas with mole sauce ...always thought it was for chicken mole only
How do you make yours
I'm going to try this one one out... every one of your recipes has been very good.
Oh my god I love mole I add chipotle sauce and peanut butter and it’s so delicious and oh my god
Thank you for this! I had a friend that made it but he is often away. I need a quick and easy way to learn. You're the best!
Yummmm thank you Amiga
Just made this and it came out DELICIOUS!!! thank you
OMGosh! I have not had or made chicken mole in years!
Girlfriend...you nailed it! Growing up with Abuelita's scratch mole, I was afraid to try it myself...but I searched for an easy alternative using a rotisserie chicken (I use at least 1 a week - so easy😃) and I found you!! So I went for it...I used Valor Chocolate a la taza (cause it's in my pantry) and it turned out AWESOME! My Abuela would be so proud!
Thank you...you are a natural...I am now a fan! Much ❤️ 😍!!
Thank you! You read my mind. ❤
Dang! I'm already subscribed, so I won't be one of the additional 1 million new subscribers in order to get your secret Mole recipe. I'll have to tell my amigos!
Haven’t had mole in a long time…need to make soon 🤤
Savory. Can’t wait for your mole recipe from scratch.❤️
You always keep the views club well fed happy and full!! 🥳❤❤👏 Your recipes are the best
I love y’all forever 🥰🎉💕💕💕💕💕
Definitely would try this one 💯❤️
FYI, I’d put a WARNING on the Dona Maria glass. I sliced my finger (so bad like 30 stitches bad) because the glass busted in my hand from washing it. Why we would keep the glass was beyond me. My dad shouted in the house “NO MORE GLASS cups IN HOUSE”.
Sorry to hear hope you are better. Yes I know of some of my family getting cut with glass. I don't have any glass in my home!! (glass, drinking glasses)
30 so you sliced your entire arm or the er was charging by the stitch
You said like 30 stitches, so you're guessing 30 stitches or it was close to it or it was three stitches that doesn't make any sense.
You guys are awesome, thank you for sharing your recipes, and I just subscribe, and will be praying for your Millions subscribers 🙏🏻
OMG I love that pan, I will need to find a Mexican grocery store as I need that dried chilli and this mole jar. Looks delicious 😋
I like it more savory. Can't wait to see your mole recipe. 💕
Very delicious thank you blessings
Nice recipe Amiga you and Cloud are just beautiful..Love watching you cook and your delicious recipe ..x🥰❤️
Fantastic idea! 😉
Savory and with corn tortillas
Yes to Cloud doing chicken video!!
Making authentic mole is intensive! Looking forward to yours
Just saw your video on mole and I like everything about it I like how you present it and I like how you speak to the camera😊. Now I guess no one thought of this yet but if you want to add the chocolate flavor you don't need to add the sweet chocolate all you got to add is playing cocoa powder!! Bingo!!! No one ever thought about that or never mentioned it but it's that simple. Anyway good luck with your channel and you're cooking endeavors. Hello from San Diego California😍🥰😘
Thank you so much 🤗
I am definitely going to try this! I LOVE mole chicken! The work, not so much! Btw, I prefer it on the savory side with just enough spice to make it interesting. 👍👍❤️🌻
It looks good my daughter's mother-in-law makes home made mole
Steph, I’m kind of in the middle of you and Cloud. I like my mole a little sweet but mostly savory. I have a prima in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas and she makes her mole very sweet, but in Chiapas, it seems that’s how they like it. I’m making mole today with my Doña Maria. I’m all about collecting those heirloom jars too! 😂 Definitely Team Savory for the win! 🍗🍫
Traditional mole takes long to make but worth it 💯
My recipe for traditional mole will be shared when we arrive at 1 Million subscribers!!
@@Viewsontheroad I worked at Casa Comida Mexican restaurant for 5years I definitely know how to make authentic mole but definitely would watch to see how you do yours and congratulations again on 900k🎉🎉
We turn leftover Thanksgiving turkey into Pavo Mole every year.

Great idea!
I made this and girrrl its so good!! Thanks for your tips 😊 I enjoy watching you!! Best of luck!!

OMG I love chicken mole!!!!
I've never had it before so I'm definitely going to try this omg 😲 😋😋😋😋
Look very delicious
My mouth is watering!!!
😋🤤 wished I could find & get a ton of Mexican food now yummy as always
I and my family love when I add crunchy peanut butter. My daughter always says add more. Lols
I have never heard of that. It looks delicious!🥰
@Joann Tucker~ You would be amazed at the different types of mole there are. Or, should I say how complicated in recipe if you make your own. I think I was watching Anthony Bourdain or Andrew Zimmern when one of them went to Mexico and it was truly amazing to see all of the ingredients that goes into the various mole sauces. My mom used to make it but I was too young to remember how she made it. My sisters both use peanut butter and sugar in theirs.
Savory....make Pollo y Carbon. Best Mexican street food ever 😋
I can't wait to try this 😍
After this video…. I’m going to make mole today 😊
I love Mole!!!!!!!!!!
Great job ,I’ve been looking for mole recipe u made it so easy I think IAM going to try it !! Thank u !!!!
I never had Mole before so not sure how I'd like it. 😊
Then you should definitely try this as she has made it so simple. Maybe make half a recipe. The rotisserie chicken at Sam's Club in my neck of the woods is $4.99 and quite good (head and shoulders above what Walmart makes).
@@outtadarkness1970 thanks friend 🙂🌻🌞
I like savory…… and I’m going try this soon. 🤤🤤
