Dr. Galdikas, I would like to know if there could be another rainforest that would support All the primates that are endangered especially orangutan. Places like Vietnam, Amazon.etc?

Thank you for this video. I've always found it curious that Birute Galdikas, with her work on orangutans, has not gained the fame of the other two Trimates, i.e. Jane Goodall with chimps, and the late Dian Fossey with gorillas.

It was a struggle to save tanjung puting. But it was worth it. The destruction of indonesia's rainforests and biodiversity is a tragedy for the world. Ms. Galdikas is such a courageous lady.

we can't get rid of Palm oil all together I wish it was possible it could still possible but we need to switch to sustainable Palm oil plantations and continuing to educate the people of Indonesia and hammer it into the owners and workers of Palm oil company's and get them to support sustainable Palm oil and help out, support and look after conservation and realise that they are part of the issue
