Lost count of how many times I have watched this clip. My favourite singer/guitarist. Fortunate to have met him after a show and we talked for ages. What a nice guy and superb performer.

+David O'Silverman Absolutely correct! Terry should have been the next Jimmy Page. I meet Mr. Most, and he was an ass.

Back here in the UK, I first listened to this man when he played at the Glastonbury Fayre festival ....an amazing lifetime experience for those like myself , to have been there. But now all these years later, to see and listen to him again on the BloodySundaySassions, is another real treat ! I love the way you took the artist out on to the street in a Horse & carraige ,and then also to see and occassionally hear the folk along the sidewalks shout out greetings in a so "hey, good to see yer !" sort of way ;Like a family appreciating something quite special taking place around the diner table after lunch. So Relaxed!

I've recently discovered Terry Reid's fantastic River album and fail to understand why it and his other stuff was overlooked all those years ago.

For one thing, he only go airplay on FM Underground so not a lot of media exposure, PR, etc. Many great artists had the same experience.

This changes of tempo in the sections is something i miss in modern music. This is so raw and pure, and i feel sorry for the young generation that maybe will never know this kind of music. Real live music played by real musicians

Jimmy Hendrix brought this bloke to the attention of USA producers after turning down the Led Zepp front man job..soon lost the Deep Purple gig too..had a magnificent period in the late 60s to late 70s then went to studio backing and background vocals. Still has his distinctive style in 2013.

Beautiful rendition of the 1960's hit for Gerry and the Pacemakers, written by Gerry Marsden himself. This is so typical of Terry Reid,to play his unique guitar style(wonderful)whilst driving in a horse drawn carriage and singing a now almost forgotten, but exquisitely composed song.He has such depth of feeling and wonderful phrasing ,and can sing anything very well !! A true professional.I hope he carries on performing for many years to come.As for all that stuff about joining Led Zeppelin I think he was well out of it.This is a dedicated artist,a true musician.
