The quintessential mother, putting the effort and more importantly love into feeding her family and ensuring they are all taken care of first! Watching her love and dedication to each meal is my favorite thing to watch. Don't get me wrong the food looks amazing! Ethnically, I am not of any of the Indian cultures and when I started watching,I had no real idea of different styles of food beyond what the restaurant take away serves. Granny is turning me into a very good S. Indian cook. My friends who are from Hyderabad have complimented me on my curries and fish-all Granny's recipes, as tasting very authentic, and they are very fussy and honest when it comes to food. Perhaps a cookbook should be in the works guys? All my love.

That was great Granny..one point , rather than washing fish pieces with turmeric it should have been rub all over the fishes with oil evenly,so that its not become sticky with the kadhai and break while pulling the fish pieces out of the kadhai.
