Ok, here are facts, 16 years, 4 BVA hearings, 4 BVA remands, Filing to the Veterans Court and the VA is asking the Veterans Court to remand my case back to them, again!! Even the Chief Legal Counsel at the VA agrees with this remand. You will not do anything about these remands at the BVA, yet you stand up for sexual harassment against employees, but this chairman refuses to stand up for us, the Veteran!!! And my clain is still tied up at the BVA on other REMANDED issues!!! Try seeking answer from us the Veteran!!!

This system is broken. Veterans & their dependents are suffering while non legal migrants are getting their medical & dental needs paid for by the VA
