To me, and a great many others, Emma is the most unpretentious, sincere and natural artist out there today. As far as I know, she has no publicist, no entourage, no fan club, not even a manager unless one considers her parents as filling that role. What she does have is enormous talent and charisma, and legions of adoring and fiercely devoted fans from around the world. There was no build-up to her debut on the world stage, no advance publicity, and no advance release of a single or an album. Perhaps there were some local billboards or posters, but I don't know that. As far as I can tell, she simply appeared in the RUclips feed of millions of people around the world a couple of weeks after the actual event had taken place. Even then, there was nothing particularly compelling about the video's tag and thumbnail that guaranteed anyone would click on it. I don't remember myself what induced me to click on the video whose tag read simply: 15 Year Old Emma Kok Sings 'Voila'. Who the hell is Emma Kok? But I did click on it, as did so many others, and none of our lives have been exactly the same ever after. Despite the massive success of 'Voila', I had feared for some time that Emma might be relegated to the dustbin of 'one-hit wonders', that the epic nature of her Voila performance might become a millstone hung from her neck that prevented her from ever moving beyond that one performance. Then I saw this performance of Hallelujah, and I realized that my fear was misplaced. Much might be written about this performance, but in the end only one word is needed to describe it: 'Beautiful'. Simple, profound and direct, simply 'Beautiful'. Now we all know who Emma Kok is, and the world is, to some degree, a better place for our awareness of her. At least, that's the way I think about it. We should all thank the gods that be for this precious gift from heaven.
Like you, I'm not ordinarily a fan of that song but I am absolutely a fan of Emma's performance and have already watched it dozens of times! She has certainly turned me into a fan of her version of that song.
Well done, and nope, you're not wrong. Emma's presence looks completely natural...her delivery, emotion, and voice is just captivating. What a talented little sweetie we get to watch for a long time.
Being and staying natural and authentic is maybe the hardest thing. To much ambition can destroy that. Love for the art music is, keeps it alive. So you're richt. So lets hope her succes doesn't change her performances. She's great just the way she is and performs. Thanks.
The story goes that when rehearsing for Voila, they sometimes had to restart 3 times as musicians can not play with tears in their eyes. It sounds believable.
If you want to see some of the most impressive singing please watch LUCY & MARTHA THOMAS - O Holy Night then The Prayer and Mary Did You Know then Lucy Thomas sing I Will Always Love You, Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas also HALLELUJAH , Evergreen and then At Last and La Vie En Rose you will not regret it Enjoy!.

Out of breath? You are kidding !
@@Djekkie-gj7jz я понимаю, что ребёнок... Но есть дети, что могут петь "О-го-го"!
Потому что это не так.
