Checking the pressure supply in the mechatronics. Dual clutch transmission with dry clutch.
The system pressure oscillates between the min and max values.
If the system pressure falls below 42 bar (minimum pressure), there is a leak and/or pressure loss
in the mechatronics.
A common cause is a broken pressure accumulator housing in the area of the thread.
The older software versions have a maximum system pressure/hydraulic pressure of 60 bar.

I am surprised. Even though I have a DQ200 on skoda superb mk2, the high pressure on mine is 60 bars. so it depends on the vehicle its mounted on? So the pump is on for just a second for every few seconds. So but its still rotating. So you need to capture the current values too to see the load on the pump?
It depends on the software how much pressure the pump has to build up. To check the load on the pump, there is also a measurement value that shows the amps.

Hallo,sehr hilfreich video,ich habe eine frage bei mir manchmal den istwert ist 37bar aber für wenig als 1 Sekunde und dan wieder hoch auf ca59 bar,ist das normal oder?vielen dank im Voraus mfg

@@diagvids danke für Ihre Antwort,also ich habe nur einmal gemessen und ich habe gemerkt wenn Wechselt den gange zb von 1 bis 2 einmal sofort nach dem 2 gang wie gesagt ca 37 bar und dan second wieder 45-59 bar,danke nochmals
Das sieht erstmal ok aus. Guck dir auch die Belastung der Pumpe an. Ansonsten bei einer Undichtigkeit wird der Druck sehr instabil und ein Fehlerspeichereintrag wie Spielschutz der Pumpe wird dann eingetragen.
Das hab ich vor ein paar Monaten auch schonmal gemacht, die Pumpe lief etwa alle 10 Sekunden für eine Sekunde an. Ist das noch normal, oder schon zu viel Druckverlust?
Das ist die normale Regelung, schlechter ist es wenn die Pumpe dauerhaft auf volle Leistung läuft, dann schleicht sich eine Undichtigkeit an.
Vielen Dank für die Antwort! Das ganze war im Start/Stop-Betrieb, sprich Motor war aus, P eingelegt. Ich habe irgendwie das Gefühl, dass dann noch zu häufig ist. Vielen Dank nochmal für das Video!

Habe nochmals recherchiert: Der Druck sollte im Stand fast zwei Minuten halten, bis die Pumpe anspringt, alles darunter ist wohl Käse. Habe heute nochmal mit VCDS geplottet, bei mir sind es ~30 Sekunden. Das deutet wohl auf eine Leckage hin. Übrigens scheine ich das Update zu haben, der Druck pendelt immer zwischen 42 und 50 Bar.
Also hast du wohl ziemlich sicher auch eine Leckage bei der hohen Pumpen-Einschaltfrequenz.
