I visit the weirdest McDonald's locations I could find. This includes the classic red roof, a log cabin mcdonalds and even a McDonald's with a green roof. #mcdonalds - Развлечения
What’s your least favorite food at McDonald’s? 🐸⬇️
I think the 🥗
crowranaburgers
Happy meals no joke no cap
Regular cheeseburger 🐸
For some reason I think the eggs at McDonald's tastes weird or is that just me IDK
0:39 This old school McDonald's has lore. It's on the Black Horse Pike in my home state, New Jersey. It was remodeled after a man died when a car crashed into the old building.
0:41 there is one like that in where I live in Paso Robles and the inside used to be retro too until a few years ago when the inside became modern :-( (the outside is still retro though)
Yeah I know which one you're talking about because I used to live in San Luis Obispo County. I never actually went there, but I've seen it as I passed by. I've actually seen the old retro interior on Yelp, and it's so much better than the new boring design. I agree with you, they should've kept it retro, and it was a big mistake to modernize the interior.
1:55 these goats just chilling at the McPlayground
2:00 old outdoor playground. Probably got it from that same McDonald’s
3:46 live near that one!! It's weird seeing it on yt. You filmed this in Pennsylvania right?
I remember Fort Wayne, Indiana having the classic red roof and a brown roof, play place McDonalds. Unfortunately those locations have been remodeled.
Here in thr uk, almost all of ours have green roofs!
There’s a McDonald’s near me that just got remodeled and it used to have the red roof. I am so mad that they are not doing the old McDonald’s anymore.
1:29 I like the old mcdonalds like that with the playplace back then the playplace was much better which is why half of the time i wanted to go to the old ones just because of the playplace
These Mcdonald's are really neat, especially the green Mcdonald's! Speaking of fast food, Jack In The Box has an really interesting history that rarely gets talked about. While everyone knows of the current and 90s events, people hardly talk about the past of Jack In The Box. Opened in 1951, they invented several concepts, though In N Out beat them to the drive thru. Jack was always the mascot, but his design changed through the years. But interestingly, in the 50s and 60s, there were various designs for the Jack signs on the buildings, some cute, some scary. In 1968, Purina [yes, THAT Purina] bought the chain out and went wild expanding it. In 1971, Jack would finally have a consistent design, thanks to being animated and having a new cast of friends. They were the Jack In The Box Bunch, and were used throughout the 1970s, but only three commercials [Baseball, In The Park, Jack In The Box Animated Commercial 1970], and three comics [How A House Makes Noise, Where Oil Comes From, How Pain Helps Us] are on RUclips. What's really cool, is that they were voiced by none other then Tigger himself: Paul Winchell. Sadly, in the 80s all the characters were dropped. While Jack is back, the chain has undergone a Mcdonald's-like transformation, and the buildings look super bland compared to the vintage buildings. As a 2000s person, fast food history is always more interesting to me then current day fast food IMO.
Play place
The Batmobile got me dying of laughter 😂
Love your videos, gotta love the continuation of older fast food chains!
I visited the only teal McDonald’s last week in Sedona AZ, you should see it in a part 2!
There was a teal arch in San Diego too. East of mission valley. It’s gone now.
fun fact: the mount ephraim mcdonalds (second mcdonalds) was remodeled into the 1960's design due to an car accident in 2003, a rouge driver crashed into the building, causing a fire and then was remodeled
yo the second McDonalds actually looks kinda cool. the modern and old design makes it look futuristic lol
fun fact: whenever mcdonalds closes a location they redo the roof to make it seem like it wasn’t a mcdonalds but something like a burger king
Cool
In 1971 McDonald's launched their TV commercials with Ronald in "McDonaldland," but they were sued by the production company of Sid and Marty Krofft (Saturday morning kids programs in the 60s/70s like H.R. Pufnstuf, Sigmund and the Sea Monsters, and Land of the Lost) for stealing their look and copying their characters. It took several years but the Kroffts eventually won and that ended the McDonaldland campaign. Some characters that did not infringe continued like Grimace (originally "The Evil Grimace") and the Hamburglar, and others were banned (Mayor McCheese).
NEVER TURN DOWN A CROWRANABURGER MCDONALDS VIDEO
4:25 we have a mcdonalds like this but with a darker green, like at the new mcdonalds logo and the white things being removed.
I live near a Mcdonalds that almost looks like a suburban home.

there was a mcdonalds close to me that happens to be the first mcdonalds building (or atleast first corporate mcdonalds) that place was just a museum for years now but the place has been demolished now unfortunately
I’ve been to a McDonalds in Wisconsin Dells where it also kind of appears to look like a log cabin. I get to see it once as I go to Wisconsin for vacation for July.
A lot of Maccas here in Australia had the dark green and older style roof. There are small handful in my state that retain the 80/90s architecture and asthetic but have given the modern colour palette. Many though were refurbished or outright knocked down and rebuilt over the years.
You should cost the double decker McDonalds PA
There is a McDonald's in Jackson Tennessee that is modeled like the old McDonald's
in new york there’s this mansion looking mcdonald’s
Anyone else wondering when the road trip vids from last ur is coming out?

There was this one mcdonald's near my house where the building was completely blue, but they remodeled it to the gray box
Glad this man survived the grimace shake
4:01 the classic red roof looks like Pizza Hut
I remember a McDonalds in my town in Massachusetts where the theme when I was a child was freaking dinosaurs. There was a big T-Rex in the middle of the joint dressed up in a weird shirt and sunglasses, the place was dressed up like the prehistoric era, and I saw some snazzy radios that seemed to evoke the fifties, among other odd relics. As someone who loved The Land Before Time as a child, that sort of thing was awesome to see when we ate there. Sucks that it's gone. Now it's just another generic McD's.
Another in the same town was a small McDonald's in a hospital lobby. No joke. It had a huge fish tank, was awash in blue light, and the only McD's I ever knew to sell CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM. I miss that terribly too.
When we needed him most he came back😢❤
You gotta go to the McDonald's in Sedona, Arizona with the blue arches one day

Where can i find the green roof mcdonalds ( other than the one in franklin twp)
I love seeing Weirdest McDonald's Locations.
Cool and nice video
Then you guys must come down to my location of New Zealand where we have a airplane McDonald's probably?
I think those McDonald's locations with the older building designs are owned and operated by franchisees, and they aren't mandated by McDonald's to remodel their buildings or build new ones, so they've just opted to keep the older buildings/designs.
I think some liberties are allowed to be taken when it comes to the building designs/layouts, hence why some buildings have unique/unusual characteristics. I like how the "log cabin" McDonald's looks unique, but still somewhat resembles the typical modern day McDonald's building designs, like with the awnings around the building.
I've been to a McDonald's in my neck of the woods (New Port Richey, Florida) that had a green roof, but it was a lighter shade of green than the ones shown in this video. It had no "McDonald's" on the building either, just the "Golden Arches" logo. That location has since been remodeled. I find it strange that the first green mansard roof McDonald's that was shown in the video doesn't have the "bars" on it that look like downspouts for a gutter system that was common on pretty much every McDonald's mansard roof design. I wonder if that building had them at one point, but they were removed.
new port richey? Did you ever go to the kfc-taco-bell-pizza hut combo? (its just a kfc taco bell now also I don't live there)
@@clocknerd9930 Yes, I've been to that KFC/Taco Bell. There's also a KFC/Taco Bell in Port Richey, closer to Hudson that also used to have Pizza Hut. That location is close to my house, and it's the one I frequent. The funny thing about that location is it's right next door to where Taco Bell used to be. The old Taco Bell building was converted into a Chinese restaurant/take-out, but if you know anything about the old-school Taco Bell building designs, you can tell right away that it used to be Taco Bell. The sign even still uses the original frame.
@@benjaminvlz I know there was one in Port Richey too, as well as 1 in Clearwater, 2 in Tampa, and many others in Florida.
Also I remember seeing that there was an old former taco bell there too, lmfao. I looked for kentacohuts and found many old kfcs/taco bells/pizza huts (not all together, just former 1-off locations, i've also seen many irl) its really easy to find them once you know the architecture well.
Legends
2:00 I’ve seen something like that
That was in Bandon one
There’s this one McDonald’s in Virginia that had a Blue Roof that’s now remodeled but…yea lol
