It's so interesting to hear a woman from the USA say she's glad to have spf in the foundation, back then it was a no no for lots of them, it's cool to actually see these changes in preferences That Charlotte Tilbury mascara reminds of Japanese and Korean mascara, lots of them have at least one coloured mascara back then, such a huge nostalgic vibe with the key chain Lip Gloss (the Korean I'm Meme has a cuter packaging tho)
It's just that more people are getting educated about how imported sunscreen is. However, I heard many say that spf in foundation doesn't really do anything beneficial bc the concentration is so low and people typically don't slather their face in the foundation like they do with sunscreen. It's best to wear the proper amount of normal sunscreen and then any foundation on top.
@@kay6692 Well I didn't say *all American woman* just lots of them says spf causes a white flashback on your face when taking a photo, the nationality thing is because I grew up with Ytube, followed lots of US beauty Ytubers, lots say back then Foundation with spf tends to be too heavy and uncomfortable so they don't like it except if it's tinted moisturizers

Yeah, but SPF20 is nothing for the summer. And also how you gonna re-apply it? Still better to buy a good SPF50 spray or, if you don't use makeup, a stick to comfortably put on during the day.
For the blush stick, try using a brush on the stick, then using that brush on your face to apply. I don’t use it to contour, I just use it as a convenient way to carry different blush shades for travel.

I'm also brown and it's hard to find items that don't look red on our skin! I have to use orange eye shadow as blush since I just can't seem to find any that color that also look orange ony skin. D: 🍊
Love the mascara on you, very tempted to buy it! I think a lot of the base products and blush you try would work better if you used less product, building up in thin layers until you get the effect you want. Its always going to look patchy & cakey if you apply too much and try to blend it out whatever the quality of the product x

i love this series, seeing new beauty releases is really interesting and keeps up to date with everything, but i remember some of the longer format ones, where you actually put the products to test (how well they perform during the day, if its worth it, etc), and i actually miss that, they were really informative, honest, and eye opening to be honest... pls bring them back!!
